The 'Sharing Kimchi With Love' project, now in its 31st year, is an ongoing project held by the Jeonju branch of the Shincheonji Volunteer Group to share warmth with regional low-income households ahead of the cold winter in the Republic of Korea.

Over three days, from the 4th - 7th December, the Jeonju branch held its ‘Sharing Kimchi With Love’ event in Jeonju City, preparing and delivering 60 boxes to three administrative welfare centres, 10 boxes to a local children's centre, and 30 boxes to residents of nearby areas.

One of the believers who participated in the service said, “Seeing the people happily receiving kimchi reminded me of my late parents,” and added, “I will participate again next time.”

The branch manager said, “Putting love for one's neighbour is a teaching of Jesus, and we will continue to create a church that coexists with the local community.”
