“Where is life's journey headed?”

This question opened the 'Life Journey 9010' Year-End Cultural Festival held at the Gwangju Church of the Peter Tribe of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (hereinafter referred to as 'Shincheonji Gwangju Church') on the 7th December, stirring the hearts of the citizens in attendance.

This festival was themed on the transience and futility of life, with Psalm 90:10 as its motif.

The answer to the question unfolded through a story of love, marriage, and old age between a man and a woman in a musical format, and at each stop of life that encompass joy, sorrow and meaning, various performances such as cheerleading, art troupes, and dance teams captured the attention of the audience.

In the last part of the performance, a young man and woman appeared as an old couple and asked questions about the final moments of life, leading the audience to deeply reflect on the 'happy life'. The entire performance team shouted out the message, “We support your life,” and the audience responded with warm applause.

Attendees shared about how the performance had them consider the meaning of a life lived without God.

The leader of the Peter Tribe said the story of ‘Life Journey 9010’ makes the point that although each person’s life is different, there will come a time when they will seek God. Surely, there is true happiness that God desires to give people.
