80 Pastors Hear Testimony on Revelation at 'Shincheonji Gwangju-Jeonnam Bible Seminar' in Suncheon
The 'Shincheonji Gwangju-Jeonnam Bible Seminar' is taking place at the Shincheonji Suncheon Church in Suncheon City, South Jeolla Province on the 3rd November |
“I want to take to heart every word of the gospel of the kingdom of heaven that we must hear, understand, and spread in this age.”
These are the words of one pastor who attended the ‘Shincheonji Gwangju-Jeonnam Bible Seminar’ held at the Suncheon Church of the Peter Tribe of Shincheonji Church of Jesus on 3rd November.
The city of Suncheon is recognised as a religious pilgrimage of sorts. It is home to the Christian History Museum where one can see the historical growth of Christianity through the evangelistic work of missionaries. The city also has churches that are more than 100 years old.
On that day, 30,000 people including 80 pastors from the Jeonnam region, seminary students, Christians, and the general public attended, proving their great interest in the revealed word of Shincheonji Church of Jesus.
The leader of the Peter Tribe, who gave the main lecture on that day, lectured on the topic of ‘The Book of Revelation: The Completion of the 6000-Year History of God.’
The tribe leader emphasised, “The standard of faith is the Bible, and we must know that it will be fulfilled according to its promise.” He explained, “The promise with God began with Adam 6000 years ago. However, because of Adam’s sin, God had to leave the earth, and since then, He has been unfolding the work of re-creation to restore heaven where we can all live together on this earth, and that is the Bible.”
He continued, “The history of the 6000-year promise is completed in the ‘Book of Revelation,’ the last book written in the Bible. There are no more promises after the Book of Revelation.” He clearly stated, “The Book of Revelation was prophesied directly by Jesus during his lifetime, and it is being fulfilled today. This is why Shincheonji Church of Jesus testifies to the Book of Revelation.”
He continued his explanation by saying, “When this promise is fulfilled, Jesus chooses one person and shows him the events and reality of the entire Book of Revelation. This pastor, who is like a witness who saw the reality of the Book of Revelation, will convey what he saw and heard without adding or subtracting anything, as instructed by Jesus in Revelation 22:8 and 16.”
One pastor from Yeosu who has signed an MOU with Shincheonji Church of Jesus attended the seminar and said, “I hope that our pastors will open their hearts and listen to it once based on the Bible.”
Meanwhile, the total number of pastors and churches worldwide that have signed MOUs with Shincheonji Church of Jesus and are conducting their ministries based on the prophecies and fulfilled realities of the New Testament (Book of Revelation) is rapidly increasing. As of the end of September, 747 churches in Korea and 13,127 churches in 84 countries overseas have signed MOUs with Shincheonji Church of Jesus. Moreover, 1671 churches in 43 countries have joined Shincheonji Church of Jesus and changed their church signage to Shincheonji Church of Jesus. Most pastors and churches cite the 'excellence of the word' from Shincheonji Church of Jesus as the primary reason for the signboard change.
