This is what a member of a veterans' association in Incheon City Eastern District said at the 'Sharing Warmth' rice cake soup event held by the Shincheonji Volunteer Group Eastern Incheon Branch (hereinafter referred to as the Eastern Incheon Branch) at the Eastern District Community Happiness Centre on the 20th.
This event was planned to express gratitude and look back on the sacrifices and dedication of veterans who have enabled Korean citizens to enjoy peace today.
On that day, the Eastern Incheon branch delivered about 80 rice cake soups and ox bone soups to veteran members from seven branches.
A director of a Veterans Association said, “As the number of lonely days increases, this kind of warm sharing becomes a great strength.”
