A 'Heavenly Exam' for the purpose of fully understanding and memorising the entire Book of Revelation was held twice by the Andrew Tribe of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony.
About 5300 believers, ranging from primary school students to senior citizens in their 80s, participated in this test, which covers the entire book of Revelation from chapter 1 to chapter 22, and is structured into difficulty levels 1 to 7.
Applicants took the test only at the stage for which they had applied in advance, and up to 30 questions were given at each stage, including question types such as filling in the blanks of Bible verses and writing out entire Bible verses.
One of the believers who took the test that day said, “I read and copied the Book of Revelation to prepare for the test, but the actual test was difficult and I realised my limitations.”
Another believer said, “I took the test with the determination to completely memorise the entire Book of Revelation, and in the process, I felt a greater joy and accomplishment than if I had struck it rich.”
And another believer said, “Watching the participants who took on the challenge of the 7th level, I gained courage and thought, ‘The 7th level is not impossible,’” and pledged, “Next year, I will definitely take the 7th level and work hard to achieve it.”
Meanwhile, Shincheonji Church of Jesus emphasises the importance of not only understanding the prophecy of Revelation but also mastering its fulfilled realities. In 2025, the Andrew Tribe plans to hold a speech competition on each chapter of the Book of Revelation.
