📰The Bible is one of the best-selling and most widely distributed books in history, yet it is also considered to be among the least understood. The Bible, which is referred to as the New Covenant and Promise of God, in which 'the way to heaven and salvation' is presented, differs in theologians' interpretations that make it difficult to understand. These differing interpretations have been the cause of the rise of denominations with each one establishing their own doctrine. With the increase in online church services and gatherings resulting from the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, there has been growing interest in the comparison of various church doctrine. This paper, therefore, attempts to provide readers with the opportunity to compare differing Biblical teachings without interpretation. Among a host of online sermons and Bible-based teachings, the contrasting doctrine between the established Church and Shincheonji Church of Jesus, which has drawn public interest throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, is hereby compared and summarised. Best efforts have been made to provide a summary of Shincheonji Church of Jesus' understanding of the Bible. Judgment as to what is right or wrong is left to the reader’s discernment.

The heaven, which is where the woman clothed with the sun is in in Revelation 12, is not referring to the literal heaven above.
Revelation 13:6 says that this heaven is not the actual heaven, but a tabernacle, the house of God. The reality of this heaven is a tabernacle that appears at the time of the fulfilment of Revelation; that is, the temple of God.
There is a reason why this tabernacle, which is the location of heaven, is important. The appearance of this very tabernacle heralds the beginning of the fulfilment of this prophetic book of Revelation, and as the words of 2 Thessalonians 2:1–3 read, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ - that is, when the Lord comes again - He will come according to the events of betrayal, destruction, and salvation.
Therefore, in this book of Revelation, the three entities who do the work of betrayal, destruction, and salvation appear. This is the content of Revelation 12, the content of today's text that informs of the appearance of these three entities in one place - the tabernacle of heaven.

This is something that only a witness who has seen and heard everything at the location of this event can testify. So, who is this woman in heaven? This woman is not a physical woman, but a spiritual woman. A woman receives seed from a man and gives birth to children from the seed she has received.
And just as she does the work of raising children, spiritual women receive the spiritual seed, which is the Word, and spiritually give birth to believers like children. A shepherd who raises believers, to whom she gives birth, is a spiritual woman.
Apostle Paul, who was martyred while preaching the gospel 2,000 years ago, said in Galatians 4:19 that he was again in the pains of childbirth until the image of Christ was formed in believers. And in 1 Corinthians 3:2, apostle Paul said he fed breast milk, and in 2 Timothy 1:1-2, he referred to Timothy as his beloved son.
Apostle Paul, who was a man and never married, said this because he was a spiritual woman who gave birth to and nurtured believers just like a woman, carrying out the duty of a shepherd. If a spiritual woman is a shepherd, what is the meaning of the sun, moon and stars that the woman is clothed in in today's text?
To understand the meaning of the woman clothed in the sun, moon and stars, we see that they refer to Jacob's family in Genesis 37:9-11. Jacob's family later became the nation of Israel. Therefore, the spiritual sun, moon and stars symbolise the nation of Israel, the chosen people of God.
Therefore, the woman being clothed in the sun, moon and stars means that she is the shepherd of Israel. The woman clothed in the sun, moon and stars in today's text is the shepherd who appears when the book of Revelation is fulfilled, and it refers to the shepherd of spiritual Israel. And the text says that this woman is in heaven.
The fact that this woman, the shepherd, who was leading the tabernacle, fled into the wilderness means that she had gone to a place where there was no word.
To be given the two wings of an eagle means to follow the eagle's lead. This eagle is not referring to a literal physical eagle, but to one of the four living creatures that stand before the throne of God. Therefore, following the guidance of the four living creatures means that they went to a spiritual wilderness where there was no word.
In Exodus 19:4-6, God says that He led the Israelites out of Egypt on the wings of eagles, which means that He sent one of the four living creatures to lead the Israelites.
The reason this woman ran away was because the group of the dragon, the destroyers, had entered the tabernacle of God.
At that time, we can see that this woman is a shepherd who betrayed and abandoned the covenant with God, forsaking her duty, and running away instead of fighting and overcoming the war with the destroyer.
The woman who is clothed in the sun, moon and stars is the shepherd of spiritual Israel. The fact that this woman gave birth to a male child means that she gave birth to this child not physically, but spiritually, and it is said that this male child would one day become someone who will rule all the nations with an iron sceptre, which means that this child who will rule all the nations will appear from within spiritual Israel.
As promised, this child fights to the point of death against the group of the dragon carrying out the work of destruction in the tabernacle of heaven, so he becomes the one who overcomes as in Revelation 2:26-27. And he becomes the promised shepherd who receives authority over the nations from Jesus.
The reason this one who overcomes is important is because Revelation 3:12 says that God, heaven and Jesus are with this one who overcomes. If you are a believer, you must find this one who overcomes in order to meet God, Jesus, and the kingdom of heaven.
