Shincheonji Daejeon Church delivers carnations to senior centres on Parents' Day in Korea

The Daejeon Church of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (managed by Bang Sik Jang) expressed their gratitude to local elders on the occasion of '50th Parents' Day'. 

On the 6th May, Shincheonji Daejeon Church delivered carnations and fruits to 16 senior care homes belonging to the Korean Senior Citizens' Association. 

Tribe leader Bang Sik Jang said, “Filial duty forms the basis of our actions, and it is the most important virtue. We will do our utmost to serve as an example to the local community by practising filial duty to God and the seniors in the community.” 

President of the Korean Senior Citizens' Association (Daejeon branch) Seok Jung Kim, expressed his gratitude, saying, “I am grateful for the interest taken in Parents' Day by Shincheonji Church, even though only a few days have passed since the seniors' centre opened following the Covid-19 pandemic. We are also using masks that they had donated to the centre last year.”
