📰The Bible is one of the best-selling and most widely distributed books in history, yet it is also considered to be among the least understood. The Bible, which is referred to as the New Covenant and Promise of God, in which 'the way to heaven and salvation' is presented, differs in theologians' interpretations that make it difficult to understand. These differing interpretations have been the cause of the rise of denominations with each one establishing their own doctrine. With the increase in online church services and gatherings resulting from the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, there has been growing interest in the comparison of various church doctrine. This paper, therefore, attempts to provide readers with the opportunity to compare differing Biblical teachings without interpretation. Among a host of online sermons and Bible-based teachings, the contrasting doctrine between the established Church and Shincheonji Church of Jesus, which has drawn public interest throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, is hereby compared and summarised. Best efforts have been made to provide a summary of Shincheonji Church of Jesus' understanding of the Bible. Judgment as to what is right or wrong is left to the reader’s discernment.

There have been many earthquakes in human history. Are these calamities part of God's judgment? In the 20th century, there were more than 24 major earthquakes that killed more than five million people. Among them, 14 earthquakes killed more than two million people. Earthquakes continue to occur even today, so is this all God's wrath of judgment in Revelation 6?
Let's look at the Biblical meaning. Firstly, let's look at the general background of the events in Revelation chapter 6. The location of the events of Revelation 6 is the tabernacle of the seven golden lampstands, the tabernacle of the chosen people, where the angel (messenger) of the lamp that Jesus set up to prepare the way worked. However, these seven messengers betrayed by breaking the covenant with Jesus, and in Revelation 13, the beast that came from the world, likened to the sea - that is, Satan's shepherd - invaded the tabernacle.
At that time, as recorded in Revelation 2-3, Jesus sent letters of repentance to the people who betrayed through a shepherd chosen by Jesus. Therefore, the words of Revelation 6 speak of Jesus judging the chosen people who betrayed who were likened to the sun, moon and stars. In this way, Revelation 6 records content of the chosen people being judged by Jesus. As this is God's wrath towards unbelievers, it does not refer to the judgment caused by natural disasters. Therefore, the kings and princes of the earth do not refer to the unbelieving heads of state, but to pastors and congregation of the Tabernacle Temple who betrayed the covenant with Jesus.

If you do not understand the prophecies and interpret them literally, or if you interpret the time, people and locations of the events in a literal way, you will make an erroneous claim that has nothing to do with the Bible. One who does not know the things of heaven and speaks arbitrarily about the things of the world speaks lies, which is the wine of adultery and the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil.
Contrasting arguments are made about the Bible because one interprets the Bible with one's own thought, and not as one who actually saw and heard the fulfilment of the promises of Revelation. As written in the words of John 8:44-47, 2000 years ago, Satan the devil entered the scribes and Pharisees, and ruled over their hearts so that they spoke lies.
On the contrary, Jesus, who spoke the words in John 14:24, testified to the truth because the Spirit of God, who is the Word, was with him. Likewise, today, the pastor of new heaven and new earth, who is promised to receive and eat the word of revelation in Revelation 10, has become one with Jesus to testify the word of truth. In Revelation 1:1~3, Jesus took the sealed book in God's right hand, opened it, and delivered it to New John through an angel, and the testimony that New John received is again delivered to the servants. Therefore, there is only one shepherd who preaches the words of Jesus' revelation.
