With the increase in online church services and gatherings resulting from the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, there has been growing interest in the comparison of various church doctrine. This paper, therefore, attempts to provide readers with the opportunity to compare differing Biblical teachings without interpretation. Among a host of online sermons and Bible-based teachings, the contrasting doctrine between the established Church and Shincheonji Church of Jesus, which has drawn public interest throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, is hereby compared and summarised. Best efforts have been made to provide a summary of Shincheonji Church of Jesus' understanding of the Bible. Judgment as to what is right or wrong is left to the reader’s discernment.

About 2,000 years ago, Jesus spoke of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven in parables. Today is the era of revelation, and Shincheonji is revealing all these mysteries through the Promised Shepherd. Let's learn about the fire and mountain that God spoke of and the reality of the burning mountain.
Jesus said in Luke 12:49, “I have come to bring fire on the earth.” If fire, as some established denominations claim, refers to physical fire and nuclear bombs, when did Jesus throw fire and when did he drop a nuclear bomb? We can see that the fire God spoke of is not a physical fire like a nuclear bomb, but a spiritual fire. The fire that God spoke of is God's word of judgment that judges one's sin and impurities, as seen in Jeremiah 5:14 and 23:29.
The mountain God spoke of is a spiritual mountain that is likened to a physical mountain, and the mountain we see in Ezekiel 36, Isaiah 2, and Zechariah 8:3 refers to a city or church. Have you ever heard the expression, 'People Mountain, people sea'? In the same way that this expression means a place where many people are gathered, a spiritual mountain is a church or organisation where many believers gather.
Therefore, a huge mountain, all ablaze, refers to the judgment of a church through the Word, just like the burning of a physical mountain through physical fire. Then, let's find out what the great mountain is, which denomination it belongs to, and why there was a fire that blazed in the book of Revelation. In Revelation 1, a church called the tabernacle of the seven golden lampstands appears to prepare the way for the Lord.
However, as we see in Revelation chapters 2 and 3, the tabernacle of the seven golden lampstands where the chosen people were, committed an act of betrayal and broke the covenant with God. In order to bring them back, Jesus chose his messenger to send them letters of repentance. However, they did not repent, so the Tabernacle Temple that betrayed was judged in Revelation 8.
Therefore, the huge mountain, all ablaze, is the Tabernacle Temple that betrayed, which is the tabernacle that prepares the way at the Second Coming.
The burning of fire refers to the kindling of the fire of the word of God's wrath of judgment because of their betrayal.
To throw this huge burning mountain into the sea, which is likened to the world, means that the Tabernacle Temple that had betrayed was being judged by being left abandoned into the world. It means that when the tabernacle became part of the world, one-third of the word that came from it was mixed with the doctrine of Satan, the doctrine of the destroyer, and the drinking water became like the undrinkable blood of an animal. The death of one-third of the living creatures in the sea means that one-third of the congregation of the tabernacle temple that betrayed and became part of the world died. The reason they died is because they ate the doctrine of Satan, which is the blood from the sea.
A third of the ships being destroyed means that when the main Tabernacle Temple was judged and became the possession of the world, a third of the local branch churches of the Tabernacle Temple, like ships in the sea, also became a possession of the world and were destroyed.
The reference verse in this article shows the change from the Tabernacle Temple that prepared the way for the Second Coming and that was with Jesus, being abandoned and thrown into the sea-like world.
