Shincheonji Volunteer Group Cheongju Branch Conducts Residential Improvement Service for Senior War Veterans

The Shincheonji Volunteer Group Cheongju Branch carried out a residential improvement service for the Cheongju branch of the Korean War Veterans Association at the home of a senior citizen in Cheongju City on the 6th January, and the vice president of the Korean War Veterans Association said this.
This activity was planned as part of Shincheonji Volunteer Group's 'Beautiful Seniors' programme, which supports the healthy and happy retirement for senior citizens under the slogan 'A Day Lived Beautifully is Beautiful Enough.' The volunteer group visited the senior residents' homes, collected household waste, cleaned, and improved the living environment.
Afterwards, the Shincheonji Volunteer Group shared rice cake soup and snacks with the members of the Korean War Veterans Association and exchanged New Year's wishes.
An official from the Cheongju branch of the Shincheonji Volunteer Group said, “We are grateful to be able to spend valuable time with the veterans who have dedicated themselves to the country.”
