Shincheonji Seoul Church Holds Seminar, 'Welcome to Your First Taste of Heaven'

“Heaven is a place where there is no tears, pain, or death, and it comes down from heaven to this earth. As it says in Matthew 7:21, you can only go to heaven if you do God’s will, so shouldn’t you know what God’s will is?”
On the 8th, the Shincheonji Seoul Church held an open Bible seminar on the theme, 'Welcome to Your First Taste of Heaven,' to an audience of over 1000 citizens. Gyu-su Shin, the Seoul James Tribe leader, who delivered the lecture, said this.
The tribe leader, said, “Shincheonji Church of Jesus is comprised of 12 tribes, and this is based on the Bible.”
He went on to explain the reasons for the growth of Shincheonji Church of Jesus through the recent 100,000 graduation ceremonies, and the subsequent Memorandums of Agreement made with domestic and overseas churches for the mutual growth of the Church.
At present, a total of 13,467 churches in 88 countries have signed MOUs with Shincheonji Church of Jesus, and the number of church members has reached 1.1 million. In addition, a total of 1535 churches in 44 countries have replaced their overseas signs, and the number of church members has been tallied at 105,704.
The tribe leader emphasised that this is God's work and claimed that a trend toward unity is being created within the Christian community.
He continued, “Shincheonji Church of Jesus is not asking you to believe unconditionally, but rather asking you to study the Bible first, confirm your beliefs, and then decide.”
Sang-hun Jeong (69, male), who attended the Bible seminar, said, “Through the lecture, I realised that it is important to understand heaven and hell based on the Bible, rather than just having a vague belief.”
The seminar also included a food zone, health zone, experience zone, mind zone, and photo zone themed 'Life's Journey to Heaven,' as well as various experience booths and programmes.
