What are the 'Secrets of the Kingdom of Heaven' that Jesus Spoke of in Parables, and When can we Know them?
📰The Bible is one of the best-selling and most widely distributed books in history, yet it is also considered to be among the least understood. The Bible, which is referred to as the New Covenant and Promise of God, in which 'the way to heaven and salvation' is presented, differs in theologians' interpretations that make it difficult to understand. These differing interpretations have been the cause of the rise of denominations with each one establishing their own doctrine. With the increase in online church services and gatherings resulting from the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, there has been growing interest in the comparison of various church doctrine. This paper, therefore, attempts to provide readers with the opportunity to compare differing Biblical teachings without interpretation. Among a host of online sermons and Bible-based teachings, the contrasting doctrine between the established Church and Shincheonji Church of Jesus, which has drawn public interest throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, is hereby compared and summarised. Best efforts have been made to provide a summary of Shincheonji Church of Jesus' understanding of the Bible. Judgment as to what is right or wrong is left to the reader’s discernment.

2000 years ago, the disciples asked Jesus why he spoke in parables. Jesus replied that it was because it was concerning the secrets of the kingdom of heaven. Why did Jesus speak about the secrets of the kingdom of heaven in parables?
This is what God foretold through the Old Testament prophets - that He would speak in parables. In Psalm 78:2, God said that the mysteries of old would be made known to future generations in parables. This was fulfilled when the secrets of heaven were spoken in parables.
Moreover, as shown in Matthew 13, the reason why Jesus spoke about the secrets of the kingdom of heaven in parables was because there were some things that had to be kept hidden from another entity. Who is that entity? It is Satan, the devil, who was originally an angel who betrayed and rebelled because he wanted to become like God and had forgotten the grace he had received from God the Creator. Satan deceived Adam and Eve, and after that came to rule over all nations. In order to recover everything God had lost, God has sent prophets in every era to fulfil His will. However, Satan and his pastors persecuted and killed all the prophets God sent. This was Satan's work of obstruction to prevent the Lord God from returning to the earth.

Because people have always betrayed God in this way, God had no choice but to speak in parables, rather than make the truth known plainly. However, if one is a believer whose hope is in heaven, one must understand the secrets of heaven recorded in parables. In Mark 4, those who understand the parables receive forgiveness of sin and attain heaven and salvation, while those who do not understand the parables can not know the reality of the kingdom of heaven.
It has been 2000 years since Jesus spoke about the secrets of the kingdom of heaven in parables, but no one on earth has known its true meaning. Then when will we understand the true meaning of these parables?
Jesus said that he would not always speak in parables, but when the time comes, would reveal things about the Father. Parables use things of similar characteristics. It is when the reality appears and the prophecy is fulfilled that its meaning can be clearly explained. Therefore, the time when the secrets of the kingdom of heaven Jesus spoke in parables would be clearly known is when the prophecy of the New Testament - that is, the Book of Revelation - is fulfilled.
However, even if the Book of Revelation that God promised comes true, if we are bound only by the words recorded in parables, we will not know or believe in the reality when it does appear.
Who can know the truth about these parables? As God fulfils and shows the chosen shepherd (pastor) the reality according to the prophecy, the true meaning of the prophecy can be known only through the chosen pastor at the time when the prophecy is fulfilled.
Firstly, Jesus, who came according to Old Testament prophecy, received and ate the open book of Ezekiel 3, and preached the word of God to the rebellious people of Israel. At that time, the scribes and Pharisees, who had the spirit of Satan, deceived and persecuted God's people through lies and arbitrary teachings of the devil that is like the poison of a viper. However, Jesus fought and overcame them and preached the gospel of the kingdom on the earth.
In the book of Revelation, which prophesies the time of the Lord's Second Coming, the prophecies recorded within it were also recorded in parables.
It is recorded that this book, the Book of Revelation, was a book that no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth could open or even look inside. However, because one person, Jesus Christ, overcame, the seven seals were opened, and the opened book could be given to the one who overcomes on the earth so that it could be delivered. Furthermore, in Revelation 3:12, it is said that God, Jesus, and the kingdom of heaven will be with the one who overcomes.
Moreover, in Revelation chapters 7 and 14, there is a promise of the creation of the harvested and sealed twelve tribes of God. This is the new heaven and new earth Shincheonji recorded in Revelation 21. Those who belong to the 12 tribes gathered here are the realities of salvation who have perceived the secrets of the kingdom of heaven at the Second Coming of the Lord and have received forgiveness of sins. Therefore, at the time of the fulfilment of Revelation, believers must perceive the reality of the parable through the pastor, the one who overcomes, whom Jesus promised to send.
There were times when God hid His will in parables, but there are times when He reveals it. Today is the era of it being plainly testified through the promised shepherd.
