At the request of the pastors who attended the 'Shincheonji Bible Seminar: Testimony on the Fulfillment of Revelation' held by Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Shincheonji Church of Jesus, Chairman ManHee Lee) in Seoul, Busan, Daejeon, Incheon, Gwangju, and Daegu, South Korea, from April to June this year, the 'Shincheonji 12 Tribes Bible Seminar' series is now being held in major cities in Korea on the theme of 'Revealing the Fulfilled Reality of Revelation, the New Covenant'.

To this end, on the 22nd, the Matthew Tribe of Shincheonji Church of Jesus hosted the Shincheonji 12 Tribes Bible Seminar at the Ramada Hotel in Songdo, Incheon at 3:00pm with about 700 pastors, journalists, and the general public in attendance.

The format of the current lecture series is 'cross-tribal', meaning that every head of the 12 tribes of Shincheonji Church of Jesus delivers a lecture at a neighbouring tribe. Therefore, on that day, Seung-ju Lee, the head of Simon Tribe, stood on the podium and clearly explained the three key mysteries of the book of Revelation as well as the prophecy and fulfilment of the book of Revelation. The lecture was broadcast live in English and Korean through the official YouTube channel of Shincheonji Church of Jesus.

Tribe head Lee began by saying that the kingdom of God was stolen by the serpent and went on to explain the tragic story of God, saying, “God's purpose is to create God's kingdom and rule over it again; that is, to restore it.” He explained the background of the creation of the 12 tribes, saying, “The people born of God's seed are harvested and the 12 tribes are created to create the kingdom of God.”

“In Matthew 13, Jesus sowed the seed of God, but it is also said that the seed of weeds would be sown. At the Second Coming of Jesus, the Bible promises that Jesus will bring his angels to harvest and gather the wheat-like believers, as is recorded in Matthew 24:31.” Explaining the current reality of the Christian world, he said, “You don't go to heaven just by going to church.”

He said, “The Second Coming is the time of harvest and the end time. In the Church of Jesus (Christianity), there are wheat and weeds (superficial believers). Jesus said that he would gather the wheat and bring it into the barn and tie the weeds in bundles to be burnt in the fire.” He also emphasised the importance of one's 'belonging', saying, “One has to check if one has been harvested (according to the Bible).”

In particular, tribe head Lee emphasised the need to listen to the testimony from the one person who has seen and heard all the events of Revelation according to Revelation 22.

Journalist A, who believes in the Catholic faith, said, “For the first time, I learned about the actual story of the Book of Revelation, which is rarely touched on and about which I knew nothing. Catholics also deal much with the Old and New Testaments, but I've never heard anything about the book of Revelation.” He continued, “The fact that believers are gathering is evidence that the true church is growing. Shincheonji is convinced that the existing cult-framing instituted against it will soon shatter.”

Mr. B, an everyday person who attended the Shincheonji Bible Seminar through the introduction of a friend, said, “I've been a believer at the Holiness Church for five years, but what I find amazing is how clearly the word can be explained here.”

An official of Shincheonji Church of Jesus stated, “We expect this seminar series to serve as an opportunity for the attendees to understand why they need to know the book of Revelation, which is Jesus’ promise, and study at the Zion Christian Mission Center in order to understand this and enter the kingdom of heaven together.”

Meanwhile, there were 460,000 online and offline attendees at the Shincheonji Bible Seminar held from April to June this year. Among them, the number of pastors stood at 54,000. As of the end of June, the number of YouTube views of the Shincheonji Bible Seminar exceeded 14 million.
