Shincheonji Yeosu, Suncheon, and Gwangyang Churches Share Gifts With Neighbours in Lead Up to Lunar New Year

The Shincheonji Yeosu, Suncheon, and Gwangyang churches in South Jeolla Province extended warm helping hands to small business owners and residents in celebration of the Lunar New Year holiday. The photo shows the Shincheonji Yeosu Church taking a commemorative photo while delivering gifts to businesses and residents around the church on the 25th.
“Last December, the church helped us a lot by working hard to revitalise the local market. I don’t go to church, but the people there seem to be really kind.”

Small business owners in the cities of Yeosu and Gwangyang expressed gratitude to the Yeosu, Suncheon, and Gwangyang churches of the Peter Tribe of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, as the churches delivered New Year’s greetings and various gifts to small business owners and residents in the lead up to the Korean Lunar New Year holiday from the 20th to the 25th.

The head lecturer at Yeosu Church said, “It weighs heavily on our hearts to see business owners saying that business is difficult due to a sluggish economy. Although it is a small gift, we hope that it will contribute to a warm holiday season.”
