Shincheonji Gunsan Church Holds New Year’s Bible Lecture of Comfort and Hope

“I recently heard some sad news and felt very heavy and unmotivated for the past few days, so receiving today's heartfelt prayers and encouraging lecture was truly comforting.”
A New Year's lecture titled, "The Secret to Receiving Blessings in a Single Step," was held by the Gunsan Church of the Thomas Tribe of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (hereafter referred to as Shincheonji Gunsan Church) on the 4th to give strength in difficult times, and a citizen who attended the lecture said this.
Before the lecture, the presider expressed his condolences on the Jeju Air passenger plane disaster that occurred in Muan, and took a moment to pray.
In his lecture, the head lecturer said, “This year is the ‘Year of the Blue Snake,’ a year that adds to the meaning of hope, growth, change, and regeneration symbolised by the colour blue,” and added, “I hope that this will be a year in which we overcome the crisis and win together with the Word.”
He continued, “Among the blessings mentioned in the Classic of History are longevity, wealth, and health,” and explained, “The Bible also records where and how we can receive these blessings. I pray that we all receive these blessings.”
