On the 3rd December, the Gunsan branch of the Shincheonji Volunteer Group visited the Gunsan branch of the Korean War Veterans' Association to deliver kimchi and take a group photo.
The 'Sharing Kimchi With Love' project, now in its 31st year, is an ongoing project held by the Gunsan branch of the Shincheonji Volunteer Group (hereafter referred to as the Gunsan branch) to share warmth with regional low-income households ahead of the cold winter in the Republic of Korea.

At present, kimchi is scarce in South Korea due to a number of factors, not least climate change.

On the 3rd, the Gunsan branch delivered 40 boxes (400 kg) of kimchi to four veterans' organisations.

A member of the Gunsan branch of the Korean War Veterans' Association said, “This year, there was talk that kimchi would be in particularly high demand, so we were worried about what to eat for the winter. Thank you for always making kimchi without fail every year.”

The Gunsan branch Manager said, “We hope this will be of some help to the many people who have dedicated their youth to the country and laid the foundation for the community. We hope you all enjoy a healthy winter both physically and emotionally.”
