“Bible Teaching Is on a Different Level,” Record-Breaking 700 Pastors Attend Shincheonji Bible Seminar in Cheongju

“True faith is believing in the reality (fulfilment) that has appeared according to the words of the Bible... If the reality of the Book of Revelation is shown and proven, pastors and believers must confirm it.”
With conviction, ManHee Lee, Chairman of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, testified the fulfilment of the Book of Revelation, awakened the hearts and minds of the 700 pastors gathered at the 'Shincheonji Bible Seminar: Testimony on the Fulfilled Realities of Revelation' Convention held at Shincheonji Cheongju Church, North Chungcheong Province, Republic of Korea, on the morning of the 11th January.
The Cheongju Seminar records the ‘highest ever’ participation rate of pastors and fuels the existing phenomenon within the religious community of many pastors paying attention to the word taught from Shincheonji Church of Jesus. In fact, in 2024 alone, over 3500 current and former pastors attended the Shincheonji Bible Seminars held nationwide.

As the time for the lecture approached, the excitement of the convention grew. The art troupe welcomed the pastors with a drum and geomungo (traditional stringed instrument) performance, followed by the choir’s praise.
The presider gave a formal introduction, which thanked the pastors in attendance for “breaking down the barriers between religion and denomination.”
Then, Chairman Lee took to the pulpit to thunderous applause and opened his lecture by saying, “We must reflect on the meaning of the Revelation promised by God and Jesus and whether we understand it correctly.” He continued by emphasising, “Just as the prophecies of the Old Testament were fulfilled, we must also know that the prophecies of the Revelation of the New Testament will certainly be fulfilled.”
As Chairman Lee testified about the events, parables, and realities from Chapters 1 to 22 of Revelation, the pastors listened with bated breath and many took notes in their notebooks, showing great interest in the Book of Revelation.
Chairman Lee said, “Shincheonji is a place that was created according to the Book of Revelation. If you are curious about what was created, come and ask.” He added, “Even if you have a doctorate in theology, if it was not created according to the Book of Revelation, it has nothing to do with God, eternal life, or heaven.”
In his testimony of faith, Chairman Lee asserted, “I am a farmer from the country and have never stepped foot even near a seminary, but I came to know because God showed me and told me.”
He urged pastors, “You must know the fulfilled reality of Revelation in its entirety to fully understand Revelation,” and “Knowing the meaning of the word and each and every fulfilment is perfect faith.” He repeatedly urged pastors not to add or subtract from the Book of Revelation in order to avoid the plagues recorded in Revelation 22:18-19 from being fulfilled onto them.

The pastors’ response to the Chairman’s passionate lecture became spirited.
Pastor Lee (58, male), who attended the Bible Seminar, said, “The structure of Revelation, where the revelation is spread through the one who receives and eats the opened book of Revelation, is very impressive,” and urged pastors, “If pastors can apply this word, it will be of great benefit to their ministry.”
Pastor Ok-hee Jeong, who is attending the convention for the second time, said, “The more I listened to the words, the more I had the opportunity to see again who was real and who was not,” and “I was thankful that I was able to become someone who does not add to or subtract from the words by decisively confirming the reality of the Book of Revelation.”
Pastor Choi (68, male), who is serving in Gwangju, said, “I want to apply the prophecy of the Book of Revelation and the reality of its fulfilment to my ministry,” and, “Shincheonji’s Bible lectures are on another level. I will definitely recommend them to pastors around me.”
Meanwhile, a total of 13,448 churches in 88 countries have signed MOUs with Shincheonji Church of Jesus. The number of affiliated members is 1.1 million. In addition, 1535 churches in 44 countries (105,704 affiliated members) have changed their signs.
