On the 22nd July, 1000 people, including 30 pastors, 20 journalists, and 450 citizens from North Jeolla province attended the 'Shincheonji 12 Tribes Bible Seminar' of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Shincheonji Church of Jesus) held at the main temple of Thomas tribe in Jeonju city.

The seminar was held in response to the request of pastors who had attended the 'Shincheonji Bible Seminar: Testimony on the Fulfillment of Revelation' series held from April to June this year in major cities in Korea. This recent seminar series by the 12 tribes of Shincheonji Church of Jesus was held simultaneously in 12 regions across Korea and was the first of its kind in Shincheonji. It was conducted as a crossover lecture, meaning that every head of the 12 tribes of Shincheonji delivered a lecture at a neighbouring tribe.

The event held on that day in Jeonju opened with performances, a time of praise, and a presentation of special Shincheonji-related videos.

Yeong-no Lee, the leader of Andrew tribe, delivered the lecture on the theme of 'Revealing the Fulfilled Reality of Revelation, the New Covenant' and first explained the history of the Bible, saying, “Because God is the Word and what He has given us is the Word of the Bible, the Word is the faith, the way, the law, and the standard.”

He said, “God promised what is to come through the prophets of the Old Testament and through Jesus at the First Coming,” and “what was unique among them was the promise to create a new thing, to sow the two kinds of seed, and to establish a new covenant through the prophet Jeremiah.”

Then, through the explanation of Matthew 13, tribe leader Lee said, “The two seeds are important”, and pointed out, “In the end, those who were harvested and those who were not harvested are divided into those who belong to God and those who belong to the devil, respectively.”

Tribe leader Lee also said, “The new covenant, the core of the New Testament, is the Book of Revelation. In chapter 22 of the Gospel of Luke, it says that there will come a time when we can eat the flesh and blood of Jesus again in the kingdom of God.”

At the same time, he emphasised, “The kingdom of God is the 12 tribes established at the time of the Second Coming when the Book of Revelation is fulfilled. It is the kingdom where the priests and the great multitude purchased and washed with the blood of Jesus belong.”

In particular, he said, “What Shincheonji is testifying to today is the Book of Revelation. As Jesus opened the prophecy of the sealed book and fulfilled the prophecies, all the fulfilled realities appeared, and when the prophecies were fulfilled, there was a shepherd (pastor) who saw and heard everything firsthand.” He added, “The content of the seminars held a few decades ago and the seminars held recently are the same because they testify to what was seen and heard.”

Eun-joo Lee (pseudonym), who attended on that day upon the invitation of a friend, said, “I'd heard about the harvest, but I was busy passing it off. As I listened to today’s message, I came to think about the harvest again.”

Pastor Man-bae Kim (pseudonym), who attended the event, said, “I came here after hearing the news that the Shincheonji Bible Seminar would again be held. I would like to have another opportunity to hear more about the Book of Revelation.”

In response to the question of what Shincheonji wants the pastors and general church congregations to remember, Yeong-no Lee, the leader of the tribe, stressed, “If you add or subtract from Revelation, you will not be able to go to heaven but will receive plagues. I would like you to check for yourselves.”

Meanwhile, there were 460,000 online and offline attendees at the Shincheonji Bible Seminar held earlier this year. Among them, the number of pastors stood at 54,000. As of the end of June, the number of YouTube views of the Shincheonji Bible Seminar exceeded 14 million.
