On the 22nd July, Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Shincheonji Church of Jesus, Chairman ManHee Lee) held the 'Shincheonji 12 Tribes Bible Seminar' simultaneously in Seoul and major cities across Korea. The seminar was held in response to the request of pastors who attended the 'Shincheonji Bible Seminar: Testimony on the Fulfillment of Revelation' series held earlier, from April to June this year, in the cities of Seoul, Busan, Daejeon, Incheon, Gwangju, and Daegu. This is the first time since the founding of Shincheonji Church of Jesus that the 12 tribes have held a seminar in multiple cities at the same time.
The current Shincheonji 12 Tribes Bible Seminar, which was held under the same theme of 'Revealing the Fulfilled Reality of Revelation, the New Covenant,' garnered much attention as it was conducted as a crossover lecture throughout Korea, meaning that every head of the 12 tribes of Shincheonji Church of Jesus delivers a lecture at a neighbouring tribe.
To this end, the leader of Thaddeus tribe, Heung-sam Noh, delivered a lecture at Busan James tribe. Tribe leader Noh said, “God has to fulfil what He promised, and when God fulfils His promise, what we see and believe becomes the way we keep the promise.”
Tribe leader Noh also emphasised, “He teaches us well where and how to keep the promises of God and Jesus.”
He added, “I hope you will have a faith that is recognised by God and receive salvation.”
In particular, he testified to the core contents of Revelation chapters 1 to 22 and said, “If you look at Revelation 22:18-19, it is written that if you add or subtract from this book, you will be cursed and cannot go to heaven.” He also repeatedly emphasised, “You have to check whether you are practising your faith according to the Bible,” and “You have to have the right faith to be recognised by God.”
Meanwhile, in the first half of last year, 1509 pastors in Korea and 52,698 overseas pastors (including online) participated in the numerous Shincheonji Bible Seminar lectures. So far, 8176 churches in 80 countries have signed an MOU with Shincheonji Church of Jesus to have the revealed theology from Shincheonji taught to respective church congregations worldwide.
According to Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the current number of students at the Zion Christian Mission Center in Korea and overseas has exceeded 110,000, including 435 domestic pastors and 2,442 overseas pastors. In addition, as a follow-up education for the last Shincheonji Bible Seminar, a centre is being prepared for pastors only.
