Who Are Those Who Invaded the Kingdom of Heaven in Matthew 11?

πŸ“°The Bible is one of the best-selling and most widely distributed books in history, yet it is also considered to be among the least understood. The Bible, which is referred to as the New Covenant and Promise of God, in which 'the way to heaven and salvation' is presented, differs in theologians' interpretations that make it difficult to understand. These differing interpretations have been the cause of the rise of denominations with each one establishing their own doctrine. With the increase in online church services and gatherings resulting from the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, there has been growing interest in the comparison of various church doctrine. This paper, therefore, attempts to provide readers with the opportunity to compare differing Biblical teachings without interpretation. Among a host of online sermons and Bible-based teachings, the contrasting doctrine between the established Church and Shincheonji Church of Jesus, which has drawn public interest throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, is hereby compared and summarised. Best efforts have been made to provide a summary of Shincheonji Church of Jesus' understanding of the Bible. Judgment as to what is right or wrong is left to the reader’s discernment.

"Those who invaded the kingdom of heaven at the first coming were the scribes and Pharisees. Today, it is the Dragon's beast-like destroyer"

Violence (δΎ΅ζ“„) means to invade and damage another entity. In summary, those who invaded the kingdom of heaven in Matthew 11 were the destroyers. Their reality at the first coming were the scribes and Pharisees.

In Matthew 11:12, it is said that from the days of John the Baptist until then, the kingdom of heaven had been subjected to violence, and the violent had been taking it by force.

Let us first find out who John the Baptist was. God promised to send a messenger to prepare the way for the Lord in Malachi chapter 3 of the Old Testament, and,
in Malachi chapter 4, to send the prophet Elijah to prepare the way. This promise was fulfilled when John the Baptist, who came in the spirit and power of Elijah, prepared a people for the Lord. Therefore, John the Baptist was the messenger who prepared the way for the Lord.

Where is this heaven that was subjected to invasion? In the Bible, the place where God is is called the kingdom of heaven. In the invisible spiritual world, there is a heaven where God is, but the place where God is present on this earth is also called heaven. Therefore, when John the Baptist came as the messenger to prepare the way, God was with John the Baptist, so John the Baptist became heaven. That is why John the Baptist cried out that the kingdom of heaven had come near.

Why does heaven suffer violence? It is because of the betrayal of John the Baptist, the messenger who prepared the way, who forsook his duty. John
the Baptist, who was sent by God according to the promise of the Old Testament, testified about Jesus the true light, as the messenger of the lamp that prepared the way for the Lord. John baptised in order to lead people to Jesus and testified that Jesus, upon whom the Holy Spirit dwelt, was the Son of God. John also informed the Pharisees and Sadducees, who were the corrupt pastors of that time, that they were the offspring of vipers and belonged to the devil.

However, even though John the Baptist baptised Jesus to reveal Jesus as the Son of God, he continued to baptise people even after Jesus came, and did not lead his disciples to Jesus, but kept them under his jurisdiction. Also, while in prison, John sent his disciples to Jesus to ask him, 'Are you the one who is to come, or should we expect someone else?'

Furthermore, the disciples of John the Baptist became one with the Pharisees. On the opposing side to Jesus, he argued with Jesus, saying, 'How is it that we and the Pharisees fast often, but your disciples do not fast?'

In the end, because John the Baptist forsook his duty of preparing the way and betrayed, the kingdom of heaven was subjected to violence. That is why, with reference to John
the BaptistJesus said that even the least in the kingdom of heaven was greater than John. Therefore, John the Baptist was outside the kingdom of heaven where Jesus was.

Who invaded heaven? The temple in Jerusalem was occupied by the scribes and Pharisees, and it was said that the place where they were in was equivalent to a tomb filled with the
bones of the dead.

That is why Jesus told the Pharisees who invaded the kingdom of heaven that the kingdom of God was within them. Then, where is the kingdom of heaven to which God's people should enter? When Jesus heard about John the Baptist's imprisonment, he cried out, 'Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come  near'. At the first coming, the kingdom of heaven that God's people had to enter into was the place where Jesus, who came from God, was.

Even today, at the time of the fulfilment of the Book of Revelation, the kingdom of heaven and the invaders (destroyers) who subject heaven to violence have appeared. In the book of Revelation, Jesus, who comes in the form of the Holy Spirit, and the seven angels working in the right hand of Jesus, appear in the tabernacle of the seven golden lampstands. These seven messengers are the messengers who prepare the way at the Second Coming of the Lord. Heaven's tabernacle of Revelation chapters 2, 3, and 13 where they worked, was the heaven where Jesus had been. However, these pastors, who were with the seven spirits of the lamps, received the teachings of Satan's Nicolaitans, ate food sacrificed to idols, committed sexual immorality and betrayed. Therefore, the kingdom of heaven that is subjected to violence today is the 'tabernacle of heaven' in Revelation 13.

Who are the invaders of the kingdom of heaven today at the time of the fulfilment of Revelation? As the seven pastors betrayed, the
dragon's beast with seven heads and ten horns came out of the sea and took hold of the tabernacle of heaven. They made them worship idols by putting the mark of the beast on the foreheads and hands of the congregation by invading the tabernacle of heaven. They deceived the nations with the wine of adultery. Therefore, today, at the time of the fulfilment of Revelation, the invader in the kingdom of heaven is Babylon, the Prostitute, the organisation of the beast with seven heads and ten horns that belongs to the dragon that captured and destroyed heaven's tabernacle in Revelation 13.

Then, where is the heaven we should go to today, which is not the heaven that was destroyed by violence? In Revelation chapter 12, we see that the kingdom of God and salvation is accomplished through the one who fights and overcomes the beast with seven heads and ten horns that belongs to the dragon and that invaded the tabernacle of heaven. It is said that God, Jesus and the kingdom of heaven are with the one who overcomes. The kingdom created through the one who overcame the beast is the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony in Revelation 15. This is the temple that has appeared as promised in Revelation, and as written in Revelation chapters 7 and 14, has the 144,000 harvested and sealed people - that is, the 12 tribes of the new kingdom and new people. Therefore, the kingdom of heaven that we must go to today is the 12 tribes of
God's kingdom that has been established through the one who overcomes according to the promise of Revelation.
