We Are One recently launched the largest blood donation campaign in history, with 70,000 people donating blood in 85 days. We Are One's Gangdong and Hanam branches decided to donate all blood donations gathered from its members through the campaign.

This blood donation will be used for hematopoietic stem cell patients and donors registered with the Hematopoietic Stem Cell Bank of Korea.

An official from the Hematopoietic Stem Cell Bank of Korea said, “Blood is not artificially produced and can only be passed on from person to person. It will be welcomed by many patients who need blood.”

Jae-hoon Seo, head of the Gangdong branch of We Are One, said, “I feel deep gratitude that through the many small donations making up this group blood donation, many lives can be saved.” “I wish you the very best,” he said.

Han-won Park, head of We Are One Hanam branch, said, “About 70,000 people participated in a blood donation campaign earlier this year, which I hope will serve as a starting point and an opportunity to actively participate in further blood donations and other volunteer activities next year.”

Meanwhile, We Are One carried out their life-sharing 'Life ON Youth ON' campaign from August 27th to November 27th to solve the domestic blood crisis resulting from the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic. 100,360 people donated blood, and a new world record was set with blood donations successfully made by 73,807 donors.
