Shincheonji Gumi Church, Thaddeus Tribe, of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Tribe leader Heung-sam Noh) held a year-end invitational gathering and 100,000 graduation photo exhibition at Shincheonji Gumi Church on the 9th December.

This photo exhibition was held to commemorate the 100,000 graduation ceremony of Class 114 of the Zion Christian Mission Centre held at Daegu Stadium on the 12th November under the theme of 'Together, Revisiting the 100,000 Graduation Ceremony.' The year-end invitational gathering was held twice on the 9th and will be held twice on the 23rd, and the photo exhibition commemorating the 100,000 graduation ceremony will be held until the 30th.

As a pre-event, the Thaddeus tribe aroused excitement through pre-performances such as pungmul (Korean folk music tradition) and carols. In particular, people from the Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions, media personnel, religious figures, and citizens attended, making it a place for the church and the local community to engage and look back on the year.

The photo exhibition comprised of Hall 1, which examines past graduation ceremonies from the first graduation ceremony of Shincheonji Church to today; Hall 2, which provides a vivid insight into the scenes of that day by capturing the entire process of the Class 114 100,000 graduation ceremony; and Hall 3, which displays an exhibition of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony and the Thaddaeus Tribe, including various social contribution activities. In addition, an immersive VR zone was prepared where visitors can experience the 100,000 graduation ceremony, including the card section performance by over 10,000 Shincheonji members.

Heung-sam Noh, leader of the Thaddeus tribe, said, “It is meaningful that Daegu was this year's host of another 100,000 graduation ceremony.” He added, “Young people participated in the Revelation card section performance at this graduation ceremony. They received a lot of compliments.”

He continued, “I hope that the end of the year will be an opportunity for many people to think deeply about the Bible they read, and we will do our best to become a church that spreads the word freely.”

Meanwhile, this year, 108,084 people completed the introductory, intermediate, and advanced education courses through the Zion Christian Mission Centre, a free Bible education institute of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, following 103,764 graduates in 2019 and 106,186 graduates in 2022. In addition, currently 399 churches and seminaries in South Korea, including graduate schools, and 9194 churches in 79 countries overseas have signed an MOU to have the revealed word from Shincheonji taught to respective church congregations worldwide.
