Pastors are flocking to the current Shincheonji Bible Seminar series, which began in the first half of the year. With the news that Chairman ManHee Lee of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Shincheonji Church of Jesus) would personally lecture on the reality of the Book of Revelation, about 450 pastors from the Seoul region attended the Seoul lecture.

The reason pastors flock there is because they want to know the secret to Shincheonji’s rapid growth. Pastors who visited the site in person seem to have found this answer.

Shincheonji, which has an unusual name, is a church that is experiencing both persecution and envy due to its rapid growth. Although established denominations branded the group as 'heretics' and cracked down on its members by posting warning signs in each church saying 'Shincheonji harvesters are prohibited from entering', they were unable to stop the growth of Shincheonji. Following the 'Shincheonji 100,000 Graduation Ceremony' in 2019, another 'Shincheonji 100,000 Graduation Ceremony' in 2022 shocked but brought curiosity to pastors who had rejected Shincheonji.

Established churches are losing sight of young people, and the number of believers is rapidly decreasing. Although large churches are able to sustain themselves, it has become common for pastors of new churches to work part-time dual jobs due to the lack of believers. At this most recent seminar in Seoul, Chairman ManHee Lee emphasised that the fulfilment of Revelation has reached its final stage, saying, “Revelation chapter 17 has been fulfilled.” The fact that the Book of Revelation, which had not been fulfilled until now, is now being fulfilled after 2000 years is good news for some, but for others it is absurd news.
