Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Shincheonji Church of Jesus) regularly opens its doors to the public to provide sound teaching through Bible-based lectures on a range of topics, especially the Book of Revelation, to address existing misunderstandings and prejudices about Shincheonji among the Christian community, and to foster deeper ties with communities throughout South Korea.

On the 16th, Shincheonji Seongnam Church held the 'Family Invitational Festival' in celebration of 'Family Month', which honours family members and teachers, as an opportunity to strengthen communication and understanding among family members. 

This event was organised to present joyful memories to families who have been unable to spend time together due to the stresses of modern life, and it was well received by the participants.

On that day, a café van was operated on the first floor that provided free coffee, as well as family caricatures, a photo zone for family photo shoots, youth counselling, and a play area, attracting great popularity from local residents and event participants.

A resident of Seongnam neighbourhood who participated on site said, “I don't usually spend much time with family, but I'm grateful to Seongnam Church for preparing such a variety of events.”

In addition, a foreigner from Gwangju, Gyeonggi province viewed the 100,000 Graduation Ceremony photo exhibition on the first floor and said, “It's amazing that so many people have come to Shincheonji Church. What I find strange is the thought that studying the Bible is strange. I applied for the Bible study course because I thought it would be a good opportunity to learn.”

Man-gi Jin, the head lecturer of Shincheonji Seongnam Church, introduced the meaning behind the name of the church, saying, “Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony, is the kingdom of God that has appeared on this earth according to the Bible and the place that testifies to its reality.”

He continued, “After having studied the Bible and theology for 13 years to find the way to heaven, I met the Word from Shincheonji, which testifies from Genesis to Revelation, and came to understand God’s will and heaven. I hope everyone here can receive the same gift.”

Meanwhile, the three-hour cultural lectures, such as 'Secret of Communication' and 'Family Month Special Lecture', is gaining recognition from wider society for improving communication between parents and children, and various 'Mission accomplished' stamps award ceremonies were held on each floor in recognition of completing various missions given during the event.
