Participants sent messages of gratitude to loved ones and recognised sanitation workers, firefighters, delivery drivers and road maintenance crews for working through the summer heat. Volunteers also provided refreshments and calligraphy gifts featuring messages of appreciation.

One participant said the campaign prompted her to contact her mother after a long time, adding that receiving a heartfelt reply was especially meaningful.

A church official said the campaign aimed to highlight the importance of expressing gratitude and maintaining connections across generations.
