Shincheonji Church of Jesus is well known for its deep and clear Bible teachings, and many people have joined because of the church’s focus on the Word of God. In Gwangju, the Peter Tribe of Shincheonji is leading the way with special Bible study programmes to help believers understand God’s Word more and live according to it.

One of their special programmes is called the "Heavenly Exam" - a unique test where members memorise and speak about the book of Revelation from the Bible. In fact, in 2023, Peter Tribe became the first among the 12 tribes of Shincheonji to hold this "Revelation Memorisation Heavenly Exam." So far, over 21,000 members have joined this challenge!

Even an 86-year-old member joined the programme with great passion, waking up early each day to study and take part in online Bible education. Younger members and even people with busy jobs are also joining in, using their free time to study and memorise Revelation. One person shared how he used his 2-hour commute each day to study and felt a great sense of achievement as he memorised each chapter.

The church believes that truly knowing and keeping God’s Word is the way to enter the kingdom of heaven, as written in Revelation 22:18-19. That’s why Shincheonji continues to offer programmes like:-

The next Heavenly Exam will be held in November, and many members are already preparing.

As the Peter Tribe leader, Jae-uk Yoo, said, “We are working hard to remember and share the words of the New Covenant Revelation so that we can enter heaven by being united in God’s Word.”
