Shincheonji holds a meeting with pastors and journalists, “We need to confirm Shincheonji with the words of the Bible”

Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony, held a meeting with pastors and journalists again.

This meeting, which was held on the afternoon of the 18th August at the Shincheonji Peace Training Institute in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi province, was prepared as a platform to provide an open exchange of dialogue between Shincheonji Church of Jesus and the established church denominations according to the biblical saying, 'In the last days, many will go here and there to increase knowledge'.

Shincheonji Chairman ManHee Lee explained to the pastors in attendance that they should check the Bible to see if Shincheonji has been fulfilled according to Biblical prophecy.

“To the many pastors who have come here today: if Shincheonji has been established according to the Book of Revelation, then the reality that the Book of Revelation speaks of would be Shincheonji; isn't that so? I heard that when I write a letter, that letter is uploaded to YouTube. Well, I've written a lot about this. 'Please check for yourselves' - this is what I ask pastors who do not agree and blindly label us a cult, and I tell them to find out whether what we teach is in line with the Bible. Judging according to one's own prejudices or thoughts is not right. One's standard must be the Bible. If there is prophecy in the Bible, shouldn't we check whether these people are the actual reality of the prophecy? That’s why we need the words of the Bible.”

Chairman Lee repeatedly emphasised that the Book of Revelation should not be added or subtracted, saying that people can only become God's family when they are created according to the words of the Bible.

“If what has been created with the words of the Book of Revelation is a new kingdom and a new people, then it can only be called a new kingdom and a new people if it is created according to these words. No matter what type of faith one currently has, one must now be created with the Word of God without adding or subtracting from it. If you add or subtract, you cannot enter the kingdom of heaven. One must be created according to this word without adding or subtracting. Does the Word not have the power to create? It does. There should not even be one single inconsistency - every word should be fulfilled without addition or subtraction.”

The pastors who attended the meeting asked Chairman Lee about the secret to the growth of Shincheonji, which is growing rapidly unlike the religious world, which is experiencing a rapid decline in membership.

Chairman Lee said that believers come to learn the Word because Shincheonji has the truth, and said that God would have prevented the growth of Shincheonji if its teachings were false.

“Those who believe believe in order to know the truth. Everyone who has come knows that Shincheonji has the truth. If you don't know the truth, it's only right to come to Shincheonji to learn the truth. Isn't that right, pastors? The growth of Shincheonji would have been stopped by God if we were wrong. Do you think that we can do this out of our own strength and ability? There are millions upon millions of angels in the heavens. Isn't God leading a revival because the work we are doing is true?”

In this meeting, a special time was prepared for an 11-year-old Shincheonji youth member, a primary school student, to eloquently preach on the theme of 'Seed and Harvest in Matthew 13', covering the entire Bible. The attendees were amazed.

In Shincheonji Church of Jesus, congregation members in every church are giving sermons at every Wednesday worship service.

Through this process, Shincheonji is realising its plan to universalise the teaching of the Book of Revelation by sending its members to the established churches to teach the Word to respective church congregations.

Shincheonji is preparing to produce 100,000 graduates this year as well.

A future in which the religious world unites under one word of truth is fast approaching.
