Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Shincheonji Church of Jesus) regularly opens its doors to the public to provide sound teaching through Bible-based lectures on a range of topics, especially the Book of Revelation, to address existing misunderstandings and prejudices about Shincheonji among the Christian community, and foster deeper ties with communities throughout South Korea.

On 13th June, Shincheonji Incheon Church (Matthew Tribe) held an evangelism event at the Ramada Hotel in Songdo, Incheon under the theme 'With God', and it was evaluated as a great success as audience showed their willingness to attend the lecture.

Crowds of citizens from Incheon, who attended upon the recommendation of Shincheonji members, filled the Da Vinci Hall at the Ramada Hotel. A Shincheonji official of Matthew tribe said, “About 420 seats were filled for both performances at 3:00pm and 7:30pm,” adding, “About 800 citizens participated.”

The performance began with the sweet tone of the saxophone that warmed the hearts of the audience.

In addition, high-quality performances including solo and duet songs, a choir and violin playing drew cheers from the audience.

Head lecturer Tae-woon Kang of Matthew tribe, who was presiding the event, lectured to the audience on the theme of 'Happiness in Life'.

Head lecturer Tae-woon Kang said, “People dedicate their lives to pursuing happiness, but even if they achieve their goals, it's only for a moment. That's why they resent God and their parents who gave birth to them. If you follow God's way, you will find true, lasting happiness.”

He also introduced a video of the 100,000 Graduation Ceremony and gave a clear answer, “They call Shincheonji a cult, but why did 100,000 people flock to Shincheonji?”

In response, the audience responded positively to the performance as Hae-jeong Kim (55, Bupyeong district) expressed satisfaction, saying, “The music touched my heart”. A Shincheonji member who visited the event with acquaintances on that day said, “A friend who attended the event has decided to study the Bible.”

Meanwhile, Shincheonji Church of Jesus held its 100,000 Graduation Ceremony in 2022 as well as in 2019, and it is known that all members are striving to evangelise to prepare for another 100,000 Graduation Ceremony this year.
