Following my last article posted about the open lecture on the Book of Revelation delivered by Shincheonji Church of Jesus in Daegu on 26th-27th April 2019 (link provided below), people have been continuing to flock into Shincheonji Church of Jesus' 'Open Bible Seminar' for better understanding of the teachings of the Bible. The lecture, 'The Revealed Secrets of Heaven: the Book of Revelation' was delivered to an audience of 2000 guests including college students, office workers, housewives and senior citizens.

Shincheonji Church (full name 'Shincheonji Church of Jesus, The Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony') is the promised church in Revelation (Rv 15:5) which has witnessed all the events recorded in Revelation and can therefore provide a clear testimony about them.

The content of the last lecture in Daegu was centred on the first and final books of the Bible - Genesis and Revelation - focusing on death and the afterlife; specifically, "Why do we die and where do we go after death?" The point made was that death began with the emergence of the snake in Genesis, but at the time of Revelation, this snake dies. This can only be understood at the appointed time when Revelation is fulfilled because it unravels the meaning of the entire 66 books of the Bible. In he words of the head of the Daegu branch of Shincheonji church, "If one doesn't understand the Book of Revelation, one can not know the will or purpose of God." 

The lecture provided the public with a platform to assess the teachings of the Bible from an objective viewpoint. Participants shared their views of the lecture afterwards. Mr. Ki-young Choi, who has lived a life of faith for over thirty years in a large church in Daegu, said, "I didn't understand the phrase "flee to the mountains" (Mt 24:16) at my previous church. Also, I was surprised to learn that the number of believers in the traditional Church is decreasing, while the number of believers in Shincheonji Church - New Heaven New Earth - is growing." Moreover, many participants expressed a desire to learn more. The head of Shincheonji Church's Daegu branch said, "Shincheonji Church of Jesus is open to all people interested in learning the Bible and teaches the best theology freely without cost."

Seminars have been held at Shincheonji Church branches throughout Korea with a number of seminars due to be held throughout the year. 5000 guests attended the seminar in Daejeon on the 12th April and 4000 people attended a seminar in Gwangju, Busan, on the 14th April. Crowds are flocking in droves to hear the revealed word in Shincheonji Church of Jesus' 'Open Bible Seminar' at this time of Revelation's fulfilment.
