[2nd International Special Lecture on Revelation] Religious Leaders United in the Truth, “Let's Renew the World with the Word on Revelation, We are One!”
“Renew the World with the Word of Revelation, We are One!”
As this slogan, shouted in broken Korean by a Sikh religious leader from London, England, flowed out through the speakers, about 1000 religious leaders also chanted together, “We are One.” It was a symbolic moment showing that they wanted to become one only in the “truth” for a world of peace, transcending race, language, and religion. It was a scene that decorated the finale of the “2nd International Special Lecture on Revelation” hosted by Shincheonji Church of Jesus.
In an incredible gathering that was ten times the size of the first event, Shincheonji's “2nd International Special Lecture on Revelation” united religious leaders from 57 countries for two days of interfaith scripture exchange, sharing speeches on the Book of Revelation and expressing their hopes for global peace.
Shincheonji Church of Jesus has been actively engaged in 'scriptural exchange' with religious leaders worldwide in accordance with the belief that interreligious disputes and conflicts can be resolved through mutual understanding and harmony based on scriptures. The purpose is to accurately understand and perceive the will of heaven by comparing and confirming the words contained in each scripture, as misunderstandings and discord between religions have continued due to inaccurate interpretations of scriptures.
ManHee Lee, the Chairman of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, appeared as the main lecturer and emphasised, “God and heaven are one. To become one, we must engage in dialogue and share our scriptures.” Chairman Lee emphasised that we must confirm the reality of the prophecies recorded in the Book of Revelation today while testifying from the entire Bible to the prophecies and realities of the Book of Revelation.
Leaders from diverse faiths echoed the Chairman's message, sharing inspiring stories of how studying Revelation has transformed their spiritual lives. One Buddhist leader shared how Revelation opened his mind to a new vision of a compassionate, united world, while a pastor from Fiji expressed his commitment to bringing back the truth of Revelation to his community. These heartfelt testimonies show the power of understanding and harmony beyond religious boundaries.
Rabbi Anton, a Jewish pastor in Tel Aviv, the capital of Israel, said, “After hearing the evidence of the fulfilment of Revelation delivered by the Chairman, I accepted the fact that Jesus Christ is working through the messenger of the covenant at the time of His second coming, and this brought me to this place.” He added, “I will return to my homeland and let the many Jewish people who are still waiting for the Messiah know that the messenger of the covenant has appeared in Korea.”
With such impactful connections and shared visions, this seminar is paving the way to becoming an international event for peace and unity.
