Pastors flock to the Shincheonji Bible Seminar on Revelation's Fulfilment, “I've come to an increasingly popular Bible lecture”

“This lecture was more biblical than any teaching in the Church.”

These are the words of a pastor who attended the Shincheonji Bible Seminar 'Testimony of the Fulfilled Realities of Revelation' held by Chairman ManHee Lee of Shincheonji Church of Jesus at the Shincheonji Peace Training Institute in Cheongpyeong, Gyeonggi Province, Republic of Korea, on the 8th June.

About 250 pastors attended the lecture on that day. Chairman Lee has continued to invite pastors, saying, “We believe in the Bible and in God, so let’s dialogue with each other through the Bible.” His sincerity is leading to an increasing number of pastors knocking on the door of Shincheonji.

On that day, Chairman Lee
emphasised the importance of the Book of Revelation several times and said to the pastors, “No matter how many good deeds you have done, it is written that if you add to or subtract from the Book of Revelation, you will not be able to go to heaven.”

For about 20 minutes, Chairman Lee explained in detail the horrors of the Korean War he experienced and the reason he came to faith afterward. He testified in detail about the prophecies and fulfilled realities of the events recorded in the Book of Revelation that he witnessed firsthand. Although he did not specifically mention the identities of the characters in the Book of Revelation for reasons such as defamation, pastors listened to his lectures with great interest, even filming them on video.

Many of the pastors who attended that day were veteran pastors in their 50s and 60s, and even in their 80s. These are people who have been preaching from the Bible for decades. Yet, the reason why Chairman Lee's lecture was well received was because it quenched the unresolved thirst for 'faith' and 'theology'.

One pastor in attendance said, “This is the first time I've heard such a sermon in 40 years of religious practice, so I plan to go and speak to many pastors around me about the fulfilment of the prophecies recorded in the Book of Revelation and personally learn about them in depth.

Another pastor in attendance said, “This lecture was more biblical than any teaching in the Church.”

And another pastor even went as far as to say, “The Korean church has no future because it does not have the Word.”

Pastors who attended the Shincheonji Bible Seminar expressed a level of commitment to the interests of church congregations by prioritising the Word above all else.
