Shincheonji Philip Tribe delivers carnations and holds programmes as an expression of gratitude to the elders and parents in celebration of Family Month
The Chuncheon Church of the Philip Tribe of Shincheonji Church of Jesus delivered carnations and served tea as an expression of gratitude to the elders and parents of the church on Parents' Day (May 8th). Smiles bloomed on the faces of the seniors who received the carnations.
Previously, on the 7th, the Donghae Church's young adults department organised a variety of programmes to convey gratitude for 'champion parents'.
The Sokcho Church created beautifully coloured carnations in the young adults department, which the children then gifted their parents the next day, on Parents' Day.
On the 4th, the Wonju Church's student department hosted a radio 'Family' programme, providing an open platform for discussion on topics including, 'What do you appreciate most about your children?' and, 'What are you most thankful for from your parents?'
A parent who participated in the radio programme expressed their gratitude seeing their son “working hard in his life of faith and in school.”
