Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Shincheonji Church of Jesus, Chairman Man-Hee Lee) has released a full-length exposition of the book of Revelation to the world through YouTube. This exposition by Shincheonji Church of Jesus, which conveys all the prophecies of the book of Revelation, and their fulfilment, is considered groundbreaking. Pastors have signed MOUs with Shincheonji Church of Jesus in quick succession.
This seminar series 'Testimony on Prophecy and Fulfillment of Revelation, God's New Covenant', which Shincheonji Church of Jesus has been conducting since the 18th October, is being broadcast in 138 countries and 24 languages via YouTube, and (as of the 2nd) has surpassed 1.5 million views over just 5 seminars. This is a remarkable reaction. On the 18th of last month, the first seminar by Man-hee Lee on Revelation chapter 1 registered 520,000 views. Subsequent seminars on the book of Revelation by the 12 tribes have exceeded 200,000 to 300,000 views per seminar, and the number of viewers has been steadily increasing.
In particular, pastors overseas who began listening to the online seminars from their respective countries gave praise after hearing the word of Revelation via YouTube. In the video 'Interview with Overseas Pastors' released by Shincheonji Church of Jesus on the 30th of last month, pastors and believers who attended their Online Seminar expressed their surprise at the teaching of the prophecies and fulfilled realities of the Book of Revelation, and expressed their desire to actively participate in preaching this Word.
✦ Pastors who Signed an MOU with Shincheonji
In particular, pastors who signed an MOU with Shincheonji Church of Jesus could not hide their joy. Pastor Jerry Hagerman of Virginia, USA, said, “I want to have open communication with Shincheonji Church of Jesus.”
Pastor Usena Madestine, Quebec, Canada, also signed an MOU and expressed his gratitude, saying, “I am very excited to become one with Shincheonji to learn more about the revelation of the fulfilment, the opened word of God.” Pastor Jeffrey Mbala, who is pastoring in Kenya, also signed an MOU. He said, “I want to be part of the 12 tribes of Shincheonji,” and, “I want to start doing God's work here in Kenya as a river teaching this word to others.”
◆ “I will Share this Revelation with Other Pastors”
There were also pastors who said that they would share the revealed word of Shincheonji Church of Jesus to other pastors.
Pastor Ibrahim Kitamuriho, Head of Pastors' Association in Uganda, said, “The pastors I personally know from western Uganda who want to know this word. I am waiting for this gospel of truth to spread all over and be taught in Uganda".
Pastor Kitamuriho said, “We used to teach this differently before, but we must teach it according to this word.” He also said, “There truly is a New Heaven and New Earth. Churches must know this.”
Pastor Stephen Omiro of Revival Center Church, Uganda, promised to hold a seminar on the book of Revelation taught by Shincheonji through an invitation of 100 to 120 pastors who often meet at the Revival Center Church. Pastor Stefan admitted to the reality of the state of faith today, saying, “I have been Christian since I was young, but this Word is not something you commonly hear in the churches."
◆ “Revelation Seminar is Needed for Pastoral Growth”
There were also voices calling for participation in the Online Revelation seminar of Shincheonji Church of Jesus for the growth of pastoral activity. Reverend Dorothea Gopi, President of Church of God in Western Cape, South Africa said that she will encourage all church leaders and pastors to register for this Bible study for their growth.
Reverend Matthias Sine, general secretary of the Federation for Indigenous Churches in Zimbabwe (FICZ), who knows that Chairman Lee is a representative of the peace movement Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL), said, “I urge pastors in the country (Zimbabwe) to participate in the Bible courses that are being offered by Shincheonji Church".
Pastor Alex Musiime of God's Choice Praise and Worship Church, Uganda said, "Through this seminar, I realised that, as a pastor, I need to be very careful about what I teach my congregation."
Newspapers from every country published reports on the Shincheonji Online Seminar. Tanzania's 'Star TV' reported that pastors in their country are calling for participation in Shincheonji Church of Jesus' online seminar on the book of Revelation. In this report, Pastor Eribariki from Tanzania stressed, "A pastor should complete the duty of a pastor and learn the word of Revelation for their congregation." Eswatini TV Tindzaba also introduced and reported the details of Shincheonji Church of Jesus' seminar, including the fact that many local pastors had come to attend.

The domestic reaction within Korea has also been unexpected. Pastors of established denominations in Korea who have labelled Shincheonji Church of Jesus a 'cult' due to differences in teachings on the book of Revelation, are showing high levels of interest in this seminar series. Moreover, believers who had difficulty attending church are now taking part in these Revelation seminars due to the convenience of online access.
Pastor Huh (50s) said, “When I read the book of Revelation, it is very difficult to understand and often confusing. So, most of the time it is interpreted arbitrarily. Now, through this seminar, I wish to learn the words of this book of Revelation from the shepherd who learned the word.” A former pastor (in his 90s) said, “I heard that the chairman [of Shincheonji Church of Jesus] did not attend a seminary or receive any special training. The doctrine in Shincheonji is different from my existing beliefs, but if my beliefs are wrong, I will boldly go to Shincheonji.”
