Philip Tribe of Shincheonji Church Delivers Online Bible Seminar on 'The Fulfilled Realities of the New Testament Promise'
✦Church head lecturers delivered a seminar on the topic, 'God's Promise and Harvest', declaring, “We are now living at the time when the Book of Revelation is being fulfilled…Testimony of the Gospel of the New Testament is being delivered through the Messenger of Jesus”
[Cheonji Ilbo Wonju = Reporter Lee Hyun-bok] Following the series of online Bible seminars delivered by the Headquarters of each of the 12 tribes, the Philip Tribe of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Shincheonji Church of Jesus) delivered online Bible seminars in its branch churches in Korea. Shincheonji Church of Jesus has 76 branch churches nationwide.
The online Bible Seminar, which opened on August 14th with the main lecture delivered by Chairman Man-hee Lee, was also held at every Philip Tribe church within the province of Gangwon to which Philip tribe is assigned (Wonju, Chungju, Chuncheon, Gangneung, Donghae, Sokcho, Jecheon, Cheongpyeong, Namyangju) on the 10th September. The seminars ran until the 11th.
The Philip Tribe of Shincheonji Church of Jesus opened their branch churches seminar on the theme, 'God’s Promise and Harvest' at Gangneung Church (supervised by Geun-chang Lee) on September 10th for pastors and the general public, with a seminar on the theme 'The Promise of the Bible' in Donghae Church (Chan-yong Park), and 'Faith in God’s Will' in Sokcho Church (Jun-Woo Jung).
On the 11th, a sermon was delivered in Wonju Church (Philip Tribe leader Won-guk Kim) on the theme, 'God's 6,000-year History and the Book of Revelation', in Chuncheon Church (Gil-yeon Han) on the theme 'God's Purpose and Our Faith', and in Chungju Church (Jae-joon Oh) on 'God's Will, Shincheonji'. As a result, Jecheon Church (Sung-Joo Choi), Cheongpyeong Church (Sang-Mun Bae) and Namyangju Church (Won-Hyung Kang) lectured on, 'The Bible and the Purpose of Faith', 'The Covenant and New Covenant', and, 'The Harvest Promised by God and Jesus', respectively.
Wonju Church leader Won-guk Kim of Philip Tribe, Shincheonji Church of Jesus, lectured in detail, saying, “God, who left due to Adam’s sin in the time of Genesis, will return again, and will restore all creation to its original state until the book of Revelation, within which the promise of complete restoration is recorded, is fulfilled in its entirety. God will return.”
He continued, saying, “The reason why Shincheonji Church of Jesus is holding Bible seminars one after another is to resolve the current climate of misunderstanding and prejudice targeted at Shincheonji by accurately proclaiming the reality of the fulfilment of the prophecies of the Bible to the whole world, so that the public can make an objective judgement for themselves."
The seminar, which was held online due to COVID-19, provided pastors and the general public, who wish to remain anonymous, with the opportunity to comfortably access the Word of Shincheonji Church of Jesus without concern.
Won-guk Kim, Philip Tribe leader of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, said, “Through this seminar by Shincheonji Church of Jesus, we learn that today is the time when the Book of Revelation, which is the conclusion of the Bible, is being fulfilled. I hope and pray that God will welcome you into the world of paradise by hearing and perceiving the testimony of the fulfilled realities of Revelation, without adding to or subtracting from its words.”
