- “Half of women’s talk is the word of Satan”
- "Women, can you wear short skirts when you come to church? Can you wear a skirt that shows your underwear or not? If you dress like that, I’ll lift your skirt up"
- "President Moon has already been disposed of by God. The Republic of  Korea will revolve around Pastor Gwanghun Jeon for the next ten years. You can’t help it, even if you hate it"
- “Because I’m ‘anointed’, I’ll always have a hold of God’s throne. God, freeze. If you mess with me, God, I’ll kill you! You see, I’m God’s close friend, we’re on very good terms”

In the last ten days, international press has brought recent sacrilegious remarks made by Pastor Gwanghun Jeon, head of the Christian Council of Korea (CCK), to the limelight. Mr. Jeon has made remarks at several political and religious rallies throughout South Korea that blaspheme God, degrade women and call for the deposition of the Korean president Jae-In Moon.
Shortly after international media coverage, the entire congregation of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, which has grown by 100,000 congregation members within one year and has been a continual target of criticism by CCK for years, published an official statement denouncing such remarks and urging members of the CCK to leave as there is no salvation there. International press has also published several articles entitled "Shincheonji Church of Jesus Condemns Blasphemous Pastor Jun Kwang Hoon".
In their statement, the members of Shincheonji Church of Jesus said, “Pastor Jun spoke against God by saying, ‘If you mess around, I will kill you,’ and other similar remarks committing a sin of blaspheming God and the Holy Spirit. Jun Kwang-hoon spoke against God and committed the sin of blaspheming God and the Holy Spirit. Within its history, the Presbyterian denomination of the CCK - along with other denominations - worshipped and praised the gentile gods of Japan in the past. Furthermore, there have been about 12,000 convictions for the crimes committed by pastors of the CCK.”

The CCK conducts deadly coercive conversion programs that has robbed two women of their lives and divided thousands of families. They are committing acts that are “anti-nation, anti-society, and anti-religion”. How can the chairman of a Christian organisation, that once numbered 12 million, say that he will 'kill God'? Through his words, it is no exaggeration to say that the true identity of the spirit (god) and the CCK has been finally exposed. The heinous acts of the Protestant churches that belong to the CCK followed the devilish deeds that have been continuing since the Japanese colonial era where the Presbyterian church sold armaments to their occupiers and worshipped other gods. Today, CCK pastors have added to and subtracted from the Book of Revelation, and CCK-affiliated pastors have received more than  12,000 convictions for crimes including burglary, sexual assault and even murder in the last ten years.

The members of Shincheonji Church of Jesus said, "The whole world is speaking out against Jun Kwang-hoon’s ludicrous and blasphemous comment. We are afraid that our country South Korea will be pointed out and blamed by the whole world as a country of the devil, because of Jun Kwang-hoon, the president of the CCK." They added, “It seems that the CCK churches and pastors who are under President Jun Kwang-hoon all have the same spirit (god) and thoughts. Jun Kwang-hoon should leave the earth along with the CCK - or, enter the fiery lake of sulfur voluntarily.”

A spokesperon for Shincheonji Chuech of Jesus said, "Such assertions expose his heretic beliefs that use religion for power and oppose God. The CCK – a political organization masked under religion – must be shut down immediately.”

International media including the Economist, New York Times and Korea Times has been publicising investigations of sedition, violation of banking laws, forgery & embezzlement made against Mr. Gwanghun Jeon, pastor and head of the Christian Council of Korea (CCK). (Please find articles and blogs below).

Mr. Jeon has led several political, religious and pastoral rallies throughout South Korea. His remarks have directly threatened God, women and people. Please read.

Pastor Gwanghun Jeon’s Controversial Remarks
■Official Launch Ceremony of ‘The People’s Solidarity Coalition’ at Gwanghwamun Press Center, Seoul, December 23rd 2019
“I’ve received prophecy from the Holy Spirit that ‘The Republic of Korea will perish’”…“If I don’t do this, the country will perish so I can’t help but be Chairman of the CCK” (justification for his involvement in politics)

“If I don’t do this, the country will perish so I can’t help but be Chairman of the CCK”

“It’s unbelievable to imagine that what a pastor feels during his prayer can become a reality, so I checked. I visited Mr. Jaeoh Lee, Chairman of The People’s Solidarity Coalition and former member of the National Assembly, Mr. Munsu Kim, former governor of Gyeonggi province, and other leading experts, and they all said with certainty that the country will perish.”

"President Moon’s will is to fill 200 seats in the National Assembly with members that he wants for next year’s general election, to amend the current South Korean constitution of Peace to a federal one, and redirect the country towards North Korea."

■Rally at Hwasung Lavidol Resort, December 16th 2019
“Whether you like it or not, you all have to like Pastor Gwanghun Jeon (“Amen”). Then you will receive blessings like Abraham. Some will flip out and say Gwanghun Jeon blasphemed again, but that’s because they don’t understand what I’m saying. I can’t engage with people who don’t know the Bible. Those bast**ds who say ‘Gwanghun Jeon blasphemed’ would have stoned Jesus if they lived in his time. That’s for sure. They’re made that way. Bast**ds who would have stoned Jesus...They aren’t really theologians, they are jackasses. They don’t know a thing about theology, yet call themselves theologians."

■Political rally in front of the Blue House (official residence of the President of South Korea), November 11th 2019
“Half of women’s talk is the word of Satan”

■Political rally in front of the Blue House, 20th-22nd October 2019 (Revolution Day)
"President Moon has already been disposed of by God. The Republic of  Korea will revolve around Pastor Gwanghun Jeon for the next ten years. You can’t help it, even if you hate it"

“Because I’m ‘anointed’, I’ll always have a hold of God’s throne. God, freeze. If you mess with me, God, I’ll kill you! You see, I’m God’s close friend, we’re on very good terms”

■‘Blue House Sunday Nation Worship Service’ hosted by Sarang Jeil Church, October 6th 2019
“Because President Moon has now appointed Mr. Guk Joh as Minister of Justice, he is trying to change South Korea into the People’s Republic.”

■Phone interview with News And Joy, October 6th 2019
"You couldn’t take money from the CCK even if you wanted to. There are no company funds to embezzle, so what on earth did I embezzle? Besides, people are trying to kill me with their lies, saying ‘He received money from the Unification Church’ and ‘Shincheonji Church of Jesus and Samsung support him’. You’d better talk like that if you bring me some money."

■Gwanghwamun rally, October 3rd 2019
"Jae-In Moon, you s*n of a b**ch, get out of there right now. The Moon government belongs to the North Korean League and ‘pinko’ government.”

“Please bring down that bast**d, Jae-In Moon. Please annihilate the 500,000 people of the North Korean League"

"I've been bankrupt since August 15th because it rained a lot that day (Gwanghwamun rally). Let’s all empty our pockets to return glory to God"

■To members of Sarang Jeil Church, June 16th 2019
"Sarang Jeil Church asked for 56.3 billion Korean Won to relocate from its redevelopment site, but is now demanding 11 billion Korean Won in compensation for its decreased membership and subsequent financial loss. It is also asking for 35.8 billion Korean Won to cover the costs of construction for a larger church"

■Christian Council of Korea’s 253 Regional Alliance Rally, May 3rd 2019
"Opposition to pastoral hereditary succession doesn’t exist anywhere. Do you know who made it up? In North Korea, there's the U.F. (United Front) Department. Do you know what it does? It’s South Korea’s counterpart National Intelligence Service. It’s a department designed to break up the Korean Church."

"You bast**ds. Like the North Koreans, you yourselves practise hereditary succession. Then why do you block the Korean Church’s hereditary succession? Left-wing civil organizations don’t even know they are controlled by North Korea. Neither does the press. They’ve never realized that numerous left-wing and anti-Christian press agencies are controlled by the U.F. Department. That’s why Christian broadcasting stations like CBS continue broadcasting anti-Christian shows and programs. The CCK will respond strongly.”

■Cheonan•Asan Regional United Grand Service, April 19th 2006
"Women, can you wear short skirts when you come to church? Can you wear a skirt that shows your underwear or not? If you dress like that, I’ll lift your skirt up"

"If you go on to the internet, it says that Pastor Gwanghun Jeon lifted a woman’s skirt to show her underwear. In the case of my church, when a woman comes to my office to talk to me wearing a knee-high skirt then I can see her underwear very clearly. All of it. Then they should cover themselves, shouldn’t they? But they don’t. No, these sl*ts say ‘Amen’, ‘Amen’. Visit a big church in summer where the podium is raised. Then when you look at these front row sl*ts from the podium, you can see their breasts and even their nipples. Then should you be wearing skimpy outfits or not? Answer me."

"Because God doesn’t respond right away, humans are bold to sin. God doesn’t even respond right away to a president like President Roh. Let me try it now. ‘Moohyun Roh, you son of a bi*ch’. See? God doesn’t come. Is God higher or lower than Moohyun Roh? God doesn’t respond easily because HE is hundreds and thousands times greater than a president. Even if God doesn’t respond instantly, man will stand before the judgment seat."

■Pastor’s Rally at Chunggyodo Youngseong Training Institute, January 19th 2005
“There are two ways of checking whether this church member is really your member. One method I used a long time ago was to ask a female steward to remove her underwear and tell her that you want to sleep with her. If she does so, she is your member.”

In light of such offensive and dangerous remarks by any individual - let alone a religious leader - an online petition was set up earlier this week urging Mr. Jeon to resign and calling for the immediate shutdown of the CCK. It has gathered nearly 50,000 signatures so far. To add your support, please click here👉http://chng.it/jXPpLxcK

#PastorJeon #KoreanCCK #FakePastor #GOD #Shame #blasphemy #embezzle #malversation #RoughWord
In light of recent reports published over the last week by the Economist, New York Times and Korea Times, many people will be aware of the blasphemous remarks made by Mr. Gwanghun Jeon, pastor and head of the Christian Council of Korea (CCK). Following Pastor Jeon's outrageous comments, an online petition was set up this week urging him to resign and calling for the immediate shutdown of the CCK. It has so far gathered 40,000 signatures, and counting.
Mr. Jeon failed to respond to a police order issued foru times for charges pertaining to having held an illegal demonstration at a rally in October 2019 where he meted out accusations against the President of South Korea, Moon Jae-in. The police ultimately issued an arrest warrant and took him into police custody over the weekend at Hyehwa Police Station, Seoul. He was questioned over charges of embezzlement and violation of banking laws for the 'Korean Church Mission Bank Corporation' he set up in 2014 under the pretext of writing off church debts and improving the treatment of pastors.

One member of the Christian community, who serves as a witness against Pastor Jeon, said, "Under the Bank of Korea Act, one has to secure official approval from the Financial Services Commission in order to operate a bank. Moreover, use of the term ‘bank’ for commercial use is only permitted when operated as a bank, like the Bank of Korea. Pastor Jeon set it up without approval from the FSC or compliance with banking regulations."

Pastor Jeon is also being investigated on allegations that he collected monies from Christians throughout South Korea - yet such finances are nowhere to be found - and for having forged his resumé and letter of recommendation when running as chairman of the CCK.

Formal complaints for forgery were filed in February 2019 and charges pertaining to violation of banking laws, embezzlement and breach of trust filed in April 2019 at Seoul Central Prosecutors’ Office.

An online petition has been created urging Pastor Gwanghun Jeon of the Christian Council of Korea (CCK) to resign & for CCK to be shut down immediately. Pastor Jeon has been in the spotlight for accusations of seditious comments made against South Korean President Moon Jae-in and has been under investigation over banking laws and forgery. Most shocking, however, are the sacrilegious and degrading remarks made against God and women at political and religious rallies in South Korea which have drawn attention from the worldwide community.

Recent remarks
■Official Launch Ceremony of ‘The People’s Solidarity Coalition’ at Gwanghwamun Press Center, Seoul, December 23rd 2019

Shincheonji Church of Jesus published an official statement in response to Pastor Jeon’s remarks
Regardless of one’s beliefs, Pastor Jeon’s remarks are disturbing and utterly offensive and reflects the morally depraved condition of Christianity today in South Korea. Its roots are as equally disturbing. The CCK, of which Pastor Jeon is the head, is an organisation of churches in Korea founded on the Presbyterian doctrine in 1989. The Presbyterian doctrine is an offshoot of Calvinism, which was founded by John Calvin (1509-1564) and who murdered men, women and children opposing his theory on predestination. During the Japanese colonial era of Korea (1910-1945), pastors of the Presbyterian Church sided with the Japanese, selling them armaments. In the same way that Israel was divided in two after King Solomon’s betrayal (1Kings11), Korea was subsequently divided for bowing down to Japanese gods. Today, the CCK, which once peaked at 12 million members, has been rapidly decreasing in recent times in the wake of numerous scandals including pastor succession. Pastor Jeon’s sacrilegious remarks are those of the devil and, alongside Pastor Jeon, the leaders of the CCK must also be held accountable for their crimes in finance, harassment and coercive conversion.

On 16th December 2019, Gyeonggi Daily published an article entitled “Shincheonji Church of Jesus, The Temple of The Tabernacle of the Testimony’s One-Year Growth and Bible-centred faith will usher in a new era of one million members.” This is a translation of that article.

Additional seminars, conferences and acts of service…working non-stop year round

With less than one month left this year, the religious community has been heating up domestically. Religious officials have pointed to the activities of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, The Temple of The Tabernacle of the Testimony (Shincheonji Church of Jesus) with its various volunteer activities, seminars and graduation ceremony in the last year. Shincheonji Church of Jesus was founded in 1984 and is an abbreviation of “Shin-cheon-Shin-ji”, the Chinese characters for “New Heaven New Earth” that is promised to appear in the Bible. It is making a breakthrough by systematically teaching the entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation through prophecy and fulfilment. Furthermore, to enter the church, students must pass an examination after completing a free six-month Bible study course at the Zion Mission Center. This year, the number of new congregation members will exceed 300,000. This article highlights Shincheonji Church of Jesus’ achievements over the past year and the Bible-centred faith it promotes.

■Last month’s 100,000 graduation ceremony…“Predicted to grow to one million believers via Bible teaching.”
Graduate Aaron Kim said, “I've been a pastor until now, but it hurts me to say that I realised I had been teaching people lies as I came to study the Word at Zion Mission Center.” On 10th November, the '100,000 Graduation Ceremony of the 12 tribes of Shincheonji: Class 110 Zion Mission Center’ was held in 113 countries including the Seoul Metropolitan Area and churches in Busan (Andrew tribe) and Gwangju (Peter tribe). Aaron Kim continues to reflect on his past three years of pastoral activities and on his future commitments.

After the six-month Zion Mission Center course, which is Shincheonji Church of Jesus’ free Bible teaching institution, students can be officially registered into the church as new congregation members. The ‘100,000 Graduation Ceremony’ - 103,764 people officially registered to be exact - has made evangelistic history.

Religious officials are identifying fundamental differences between the established denominations and Shincheonji Church of Jesus. To enter Shincheonji Church of Jesus, one must complete their six-month Bible study course at Zion Mission Center, and pass a subsequent exam. During this period, teaching is divided into basic, intermediate and advanced level courses that cover Genesis to Revelation. Students must score above 90% in their exam to complete the course. Content focuses on proving fulfilment of prophecy in the Bible, unlike the Biblical teachings of established denominations which rather focus on history and instruction. Rather than passively preaching a life of faith, congregation members are trained to teach the Gospel through study of the Word.

A spokesperson for Shincheonji Church of Jesus said, “In addition to these graduates, there are more than 200,000 people currently studying the Bible here. We will continue to preach the living God through His word, transcending ethnicity, culture and religion.”

■The Word that Chairman Man Hee Lee teaches speaks for itself. The Bible's keyword is ‘harvest’
Man Hee Lee, Chairman of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, regularly preaches the Bible to congregation members from the pulpit. However, this was extended to pastors outside as Chairman Lee delivered a seminar at Gapyeong Peace Institute on 7th December 2019 to wrap up this great tour preaching the Gospel.

The event, which began at 2pm, was attended by pastors all over the country who listened to the fulfilment of Biblical prophecies. More than 400 pastors, evangelists and church officials attended.  It was a final close to the ‘Open Bible Seminar on the Second Coming and Harvest’ that took place in October. Before his lecture, Chairman Lee said, “I am the messenger sent according to Jesus' promise to tell the churches about the fulfillment of the book of Revelation. Today, I want to talk to you in detail. If you hear something that you don't agree with, please first listen. I will open my heart and communicate with you like a good friend."

The chairman particularly emphasised the Biblical era and role of pastors today. “We need to know what time we’re living in now. It is written that the second coming will be like the times of Noah. Likewise, we have to get on the ark to be saved. The same can be said today. It is not for man to decide when the old passes away and the new comes. It's what is promised in the Bible.” He continued, “The word of God is absolute. If the Bible tells us that the old will pass away, will this not come true someday? Faith is seeing and believing when the promise in God's word is fulfilled. Living a long life of faith or attending church does not guarantee one's salvation.”

He continued, “It is your responsibility to find the path to salvation and become God's people. We must be born again with the word of God. Let's live with God in this new promised era."

Earlier, in October and November, Chairman Lee delivered lectures at the ‘Open Bible Seminar on the Second Coming and Harvest’ in seven major cities nationwide. The Open Bible Seminar, which opened in Seoul at the Grand InterContinental Parnas Hotel on October 4th, continued on to Incheon, Daejeon, Daegu, Busan and Gwangju, with an additional seminar in Jeju last month.

At the first Open Bible Seminar in Seoul, the chairman delivered a lecture on the theme ‘The New Work of Creation: Who am I in the Bible?’ Chairman Lee explained that, according to the New Testament, today is the time when the book of Revelation is being fulfilled and Jesus does the work of harvest through angels. He said, "The traditional church teaches that weeds are people who do not believe in Jesus, but people who do not believe in Jesus are just an empty field where the seed of the Word has not been sown. As the book of Revelation is being fulfilled, there is separation between those who are harvested and those who are not. Today, one must be harvested, sealed, and belong to the 12 tribes to be recognised as a child of God. You have to make sure you are created according to the Bible.”

■The sincerity of the Chairman and Shincheonji Church of Jesus. Obedience to Scripture Comes First
The 'Open Bible Seminar on the Second Coming and Harvest' ended in Jeju Island on 19th November. Seminars were then held at 72 branch churches nationwide where all 12 tribes of Shincheonji Church of Jesus were directly instructed to testify the fulfilment of the book of Revelation.

The 12 Tribes' Open Bible Seminar was held because of the flood of inquiries into Shincheonji Church of Jesus’ Bible study following the nationwide Open Bible Seminar. To date, more than 60,000 people have registered for their online Bible study course.

Chairman Lee delivered a message under one point, which was "resolving problems through discussion instead of infighting among believers".

Chairman Lee pointed out: "Shincheonji Church of Jesus is different from the existing Church because it emphasises the coming of a new era. It is important that one is reborn with the word, seed and spirit of God instead of boasting about one's denomination. One needs to empty one's mind in order to have good faith."

An official of Shincheonji Church of Jesus said, “We are focusing on preaching the Word of God faithfully as we usher in an era of one million graduates.”

On 17th December 2019, Gyeongin Daily News published an article entitled “Emergence of a New Religious Trend: Shincheonji Church of Jesus' 100,000 Graduation Ceremony in 2019 and its “Bible-Based Activities.” This is a translation of that article.

Emergence of a New Religious Trend: Shincheonji Church of Jesus' 100,000 Graduation Ceremony in 2019 and its “Bible-Based Activities"
- demonstrated through their Open Bible Seminar and 100,000 graduation ceremony, causing an upheaval in the religious world
- seven-city nationwide tour delivering the truth, followed by the 12 tribes' Open Bible Seminar and 70 branch church seminars

What is the first thing you think of when you hear of 'Shincheonji'? If we interpret the word literally, we can feel positive about a new world; one that will come after the old passes away. But when I ask people, they often think of heresy or a sham. Such perception, unilaterally promoted by the Protestant church and media, has damaged the reputation of Shincheonji Church of Jesus. In spite of such persecution, Shincheonji has been showing rapid growth every year up until the 36th anniversary of its founding. Moreover, the number of its mission centers has increased several times over within the last year. This year, the religious world in Korea was marked by very significant events held in Shincheonji. Following a tour of the seven major cities in Korea in October, the Open Bible Seminar for Pastors was held, which was a great success. Now is the time to come, see, hear, and verify the 'true word' directly in Shincheonji, not through rumours circulated by the press. This report highlights the achievements of Shincheonji Church of Jesus in 2019.

◆Tour of 7 Major Cities including Seoul, Incheon, Daejeon, Daegu, Busan, Gwangju and Jeju
Shincheonji Church of Jesus' Open Bible Seminar opened in Seoul and continued on to Incheon, Daejeon, Daegu, Busan, Gwangju and Jeju Island, with great success.

This year's Open Bible Seminar, with Chairman Man Hee Lee as the main speaker, attracted much attention from the religious world. At each seminar, guests exceeded the seating capacity, and pastors, seminarians, Christians and the general public who attended gave a fervent response.

On their nationwide tour, Chairman Man Hee Lee delivered lectures on the theme 'God's Promised New Work and New Creation' based on the 66 books of the Bible. He detailedly taught about the 6000 years of God's work, today's fulfilment of Revelation and the faith required.

Chairman Lee said, “I stand here to make known God's 6000-year work and the fulfillment of the book of Revelation promised in the Bible." He emphasised, “man must not believe in men's words, but in the word of God that is based on the Bible.”

“The traditional church teaches that weeds are people who do not believe in Jesus, but people who do not believe in Jesus are just an empty field where the seed of the Word has not been sown.” He continued, "As the book of Revelation is being fulfilled, there is separation between those who are harvested and those who are not."

He continued, “When Revelation is fulfilled, Jesus appoints one person as his messenger to testify the fulfillment of Revelation to the churches. Jesus' messenger hears and bears witness to this fulfilment. As Jesus ate the scroll of Ezekiel 3 and testified it to the rebellious people of Israel, I have eaten the opened book in Revelation 10 and am testifying its fulfilment."

Lastly, he said, "There is no one in the Republic of Korea who has not heard of the 'harvest and creation of the 12 tribes with 144,000 people.' Why don't you listen? To receive salvation, you must know who you are according to the Word."

The Open Bible Seminar was livestreamed in eight languages, including Korean, on Shincheonji Church of Jesus' official website and YouTube channel.

John tribe church members and local residents watched the 'Open Bible Seminar on the Second Coming and Harvest' livestreamed on large screens in front of Suwon Station, Seoul, Gyeonggi province. Residents were engaged through publicity booths.

In response to growing demand in Shincheonji Church of Jesus' Bible study following the six-city Open Bible Seminar, the 12 Tribes' Open Bible Seminar was held. Over 70,000 people have now registered for their Bible study course with inquiries constantly growing through local booths.

Shincheonji Church of Jesus' John tribe, which covers Seoul city and Gyeonggi province, hosted a seminar at its headquarters in Gwacheon. The lecture topic, 'The Wine of Adultery', was livestreamed in branch churches including Hanam, Seongnam, Ansan, Suwon, Dongtan, Pyeongtaek and Icheon in Gyeonggi province.

Following the 12 Tribes' Open Bible Seminar, all head lecturers delivered seminars at 70 local branch churches throughout the country, continuing to testify the word until the end of November. In front of about 1000 residents and believers in Suwon, the difference between the teachings of Protestantism and Shincheonji Church of Jesus was explained under the theme 'The Creation of God's New Kingdom and New People'.

Shincheonji Church of Jesus' head lecturer in Suwon, Ki-won Lee, was invited to speak at Icheon branch church at 7pm on the same day, teaching about the difference between Shincheonji Church of Jesus and Protestantism.

That day, Shincheonji Church of Jesus' Suwon branch church operated 20 cars equipped with Open Bible Seminar promotional placards, which turned ears and eyes  for many days as cars toured the Suwon area and broadcast 100 promotional videos a day on Suwon station billboard. Moreover, the church opened its doors two hours prior to the seminar, and public relations brochures were distributed throughout the church to help address and guide visitors' queries.

◆100,000 Graduation Ceremony
Shincheonji Church of Jesus sent shockwaves throughout the religious world as it created evangelistic history through its 100,000 Graduation Ceremony on November 10th. 100,000 believers were officially registered into the church within just one year. It has attracted worldwide attention beyond religious circles.

Shincheonji Church of Jesus held their '100,000 Graduation Ceremony of the 12 tribes of Shincheonji: Class 110 Zion Mission Center'. The ceremony was held in three places, including Seoul Metropolitan Area and churches in Busan (Andrew tribe) and Gwangju (Peter tribe), as well as in 112 countries in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania.

A total of 103,764 people graduated that day. Graduates had attained an evangelism rate of 142%, signalling exponential growth for Shincheonji Church of Jesus.

During the closing part of the ceremony, Chairman Man Hee Lee said, “The book of Revelation records God's secret that will be fulfilled. The Bible says that this will most certainly be fulfilled. Revelation, recorded over 2000 years ago, will be fulfilled as is written."

Moreover, “There must be a reality that appears according to Revelation. God's purpose is to harvest the fruit of the seed sown 2000 years ago in order to create the kingdom of God. Today, God creates a new nation of people born of His seed."

One graduate, Mr. Eron Kim, introduced himself as a missionary born into the third generation of a pastor's family, who himself pastored in Brazil. He confessed, "We have been teaching people lies," and asked, “Who is the true shepherd of God, and how can we wash away the sins that have been sown through the devil's seed?” He added, “I will forever repay this grace to God and Jesus, and have dedicated myself to the work of evangelism and harvest."

Another graduate, Soo-ji Choi, said, “I was more loyal to the established church than anyone else. I watched all the videos produced about Shincheonji on Christian broadcasting networks, and knew of all the online rumours. I came to this place because Shincheonji Church of Jesus is the promised temple where God is at the Second Coming, and it is the only place where the Word of Life comes.”

The growth of 100,000 congregation members within one year is unprecedented, not only in Korea but worldwide. This equates to ten newly established mega churches of 10,000 members each that now belong to Shincheonji Church of Jesus.

The graduation ceremony marked the official registration of new members of Shincheonji Church of Jesus who have completed six months study at Zion Mission Center, which is Shincheonji Church of Jesus' free Bible teaching institute. This marks an increase in the number of people who are qualified to teach the Gospel after having studied the Word, rather than having a vague faith based on listening to sermons.

In fact, Shincheonji Church of Jesus' strict six-month Zion Mission Center Bible study course covers Genesis to Revelation through basic, intermediate and advanced level studies.

Unlike today's Bible teaching that is focused mainly on instruction and history, Shincheonji Church of Jesus emphasises Biblical prophecies and their fulfilment.

Shincheonji Church of Jesus' John tribe Suwon church produced about 1000 graduates at the ceremony, demonstrating an increased interest in the word within the region.

◆Pastors with little to say in response to the Open Bible Seminar Invited
Chairman Man Hee Lee of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, who has been testifying the fulfilment of Bible prophecies, held the Open Bible Seminar for Pastors across the nation on 7th December.

Pastors, evangelists and church officials attended the 'Open Bible Seminar for Pastors' in Gapyeong Peace Institute, Gyeonggi province.

Within the last two months, 1000 pastors and church elders attended the seven seminars, which Chairman Lee delivered in person. Following this nationwide Open Bible Seminar, the 12 Tribes' Open Bible Seminar and 60 branch church seminars were held and attended by many pastors. Many pastors who attended the seminars began to learn the word of Shincheonji Church of Jesus and more than 400 pastors from across the country attended the seminar and listened to the chairman's lecture.

Before the lecture, Chairman Man Hee Lee said, “I am the messenger sent according to Jesus' promise to tell the churches about the fulfillment of the book of Revelation. Today, I want to talk to you in detail. If you hear something that you don't agree with, please first listen. I will open my heart and communicate with you like a good friend."

In particular, the chairman emphasised the role of a pastor according to the Bible compared to this day and age, saying, “The word of God is absolute. If the Bible tells us that the former era will pass away, will this not come true someday? Faith is seeing and believing when the promise in God's word is fulfilled. Living a long life of faith or attending church does not guarantee one's salvation.”

“The reason for persecution in today's rapidly growing new era is because it is God's work. It is your responsibility to find the path to salvation and become God's people. We must be born again with the word of God. Let's live with God in this new promised era."
