ManHee Lee, Chairman of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Shincheonji Church of Jesus), is giving a lecture at the ‘Shincheonji Bible Seminar’ held at Shincheonji Daejeon Church in Seo district, Daejeon, on the afternoon of the 11th October

Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Shincheonji Church of Jesus) held the 'Shincheonji Bible Seminar: Fulfilled Realities of the Entire Book of Revelation' lecture at noon on the 11th October at Shincheonji Daejeon Church in Seo district, Daejeon. Despite it being a weekday, about 200 pastors and other Christian leaders attended. The hall was packed with over 2000 attendees and there were no empty seats.

The Bible Seminar held in Daejeon on that day was the second place Chairman ManHee Lee of Shincheonji visited, following Seoul on the 7th, as he tours major cities across South Korea to lecture on the Book of Revelation.

The Shincheonji Bible Seminar series held by Shincheonji Chairman ManHee Lee is being given to domestic pastors to inform them of the fulfilled realities of the prophecies recorded in the Book of Revelation of the New Testament. This year, the Shincheonji Bible Seminar was held in major cities, including Seoul and Busan, from April to July and received favourable reviews from numerous pastors who attended.

As the number of pastors signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Shincheonji Church of Jesus to have the revealed theology from Shincheonji taught to respective church congregations increases, the interest of pastors is growing with the current seminar series. On that day, pastors and believers of various ages, from their 20s to their 80s, attended. Some people attended as couples or as groups of acquaintances. Seats were filled as early as an hour before the lecture started, and some people seemed to be engrossed in the lecture, taking pictures of the lecture with their mobile phones or writing down the contents in their notebooks.

The great response from pastors to the Shincheonji Bible Seminar is said to be due to the sincerity of Shincheonji officials and Chairman Lee, who was speaker despite being over 90 years of age.

Indeed, in order to build one heart with pastors, Chairman Lee shared the joys and sorrows he experienced while testifying to the reality of the fulfilment of the Book of Revelation, while also explaining in detail the pain of the Korean War that he experienced in his youth. He said, “I believed that there is a God in heaven, but I never went to a seminary or a church. I was a front-line combat soldier during the Korean War and was thankful that I survived and did not die, so I prayed to God every morning and evening.”

Chairman Lee said, “I am just testifying to what I have seen and heard,” and added, “We must clearly know what the New Covenant (New Testament) says.” He said, “A covenant is a promise to fulfil something, and that promise is the Book of Revelation. However, no one has known the meaning of the Book of Revelation until today.” Chairman Lee said, “Revelation Chapter 22 says that if you add to or subtract from the Book of Revelation, you will not be able to enter heaven and will be cursed. Is there anyone who has not added or subtracted from Revelation in the last 2000 years? Everything has been added and subtracted.” He asserted, “You cannot enter heaven in this position.”

Chairman Lee emphasised that ‘revelation’ can only be known through a pastor chosen by God. In particular, God's will is contained in the words of the Bible's 'prophecy', yet the reality at this time of the New Testament fulfilment is no different: just as the Old Testament Israelites condemned Jesus, who came as promised in the Bible, as a 'heretic' and killed him, Chairman Lee pointed out that the same thing is taking place today by believers who do not know the Word.

Chairman Lee said, “If the New Testament promised one pastor today, would you believe it?” He emphasised, “Just like in the first coming, if you do not believe, you will not be saved.” He said, “Those sent by God are those who lead the way to heaven. If you do not know and do not believe in the promised pastor or God, you will only live according to your feelings.” He stressed, “We must understand and believe in this unchanging word.”

Chairman Lee said, “Jesus also said in the four Gospels that even if you don’t believe in him, believe in the works he was doing,” and added, “When the promised pastor comes, he will fulfil everything that was promised.”

Chairman Lee emphasised that a prophecy is something that has been said in advance that will certainly come true without being added or subtracted. At the same time, he quoted John 14:29, which reads, 'I have told you now before it happens, so that when it does happen you will believe,' and repeatedly emphasised that in order to know when a prophecy comes true, one needs to know the Word.

Chairman Lee said that he witnessed everything at the scene of the events that occurred when the prophecies of the Book of Revelation were fulfilled, and that he knows the names and faces of the people that appear in the Book of Revelation, and that the reality of the Book of Revelation must be verified through the Bible.

In addition, Chairman Lee said that the Book of Revelation has now been fulfilled up to chapter 17, and as to why he is revealing the testimony of the reality, he said, “In Revelation 22:8, there is a pastor who saw and heard, and in verse 16, he is told to go to the churches and tell them what he saw and heard. He said, “No matter how rashly pastors speak, the correct testimony must be testified when the reality appears.”

Chairman Lee referred to those who have added to or subtracted from the Book of Revelation as the true ‘heretics’ and did not spare any direct words to the pastors, saying, “We need to stop pretending we believe and follow the Word.” He said, “If you do not follow the Word, you will become a heretic, receive plagues and not be able to go to heaven. He said, “It’s frustrating because you don’t know if you’re going to heaven even if you add or subtract.” At the same time, he said that if pastors can have absolute faith in the Word of God, many people would know and understand God's will and become one.

Seung-ju Lee, leader of the Simon tribe of Shincheonji, who served as presider that day, gave welcome greetings to the pastors. Tribe leader Lee said, “The reason Shincheonji is experiencing revival is because it is a church created according to the words of the New Covenant. The name of the church, the founding process, and the entire structure of the 12 tribes of Shincheonji have been created according to the Book of Revelation in the New Testament.” He said, “We are one in God, Jesus, and the Bible,” and added, “I hope that pastors first learn and master the Book of Revelation and teach the church members they lead.”

Meanwhile, the Shincheonji Bible Seminar will be held starting in Seoul on the 7th, followed by Daejeon on the 11th, Daegu on the 15th, Busan on the 18th, and Gwangju on the 21st.
