The Bucheon branch of the Shincheonji Volunteer Group and citizens are participating in ‘Making EM Mud Balls’ as part of the ‘Green Nature’ campaign

“I have noticed that the water is getting cleaner since the EM mud ball activity. As a resident who frequently visits Gulpocheon Stream, I am grateful for these efforts.”

A citizen who witnessed the various environmental activities conducted by the Bucheon Branch of the Shincheonji Volunteer Group (hereinafter referred to as the Bucheon Branch) earlier this year said this.

With the goal of protecting the environment and sustainable nature, in this year alone, 234 volunteers of the Bucheon branch took part in the ‘Green Nature’ campaign six times, removing 500 litres of street waste, 2.8 tonnes of fallen leaves, and making EM soil balls for water purification.

The Bucheon branch of the Shincheonji Volunteer Group is holding a joint birthday celebration for senior citizens as part of the 'Pinky Promise' campaign at the Bucheon Welfare Center for Persons with Disability in Gyeonggi Province
Moreover, 63 volunteers participated in a joint birthday celebration held for 97 senior citizens at the Bucheon Welfare Center for Persons with Disability in Gyeonggi Province, creating warm memories by providing them with birthday tables and flower arrangements.

The birthday celebration was organised under the 'Pinky Promise' volunteer activity, held three times this year.

Just as the little finger, though the smallest and weakest of the five fingers, is an essential part of the body, the purpose behind the initiative is to promote the importance of disability inclusion.

Meanwhile, the Shincheonji Volunteer Group was founded in the Republic of Korea by Shincheonji Church of Jesus to break down the barriers of conflict found within class, gender, religion, and politics, and unite hearts and minds by putting the teachings received from the heavens into practice for the growth and development of local communities.
