ManHee Lee, the chairman of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, is receiving attention for his sermons that cover the entire Bible, focusing on the prophecies and fulfilled realities of the Book of Revelation (chapters 1-22), the last prophetic book of the New Testament.
His preaching style, which sounds an alarm against people's arbitrary interpretations and testifies to the Bible based on the 5W1H principle of the teachings of heaven, has recently received enthusiastic responses both in Korea and abroad.
On 17th November, Chairman Lee visited the Jinju Church of Shincheonji Church of Jesus and led a service for the 3000 faithful. It was four days after his visit to the Changwon Church - also overseen by the Andrew Tribe - on the 13th.
The Chairman, wearing a yellow tie, took to the pulpit of Jinju Church that day and, through his sermon, emphasised the preciousness of the saints who have been born of God's seed, harvested, belong to the 12 tribes, and have become children of God according to God's law recorded in Revelation.
Chairman Lee drew comparisons between the end of one era, symbolised by the darkening and falling of the sun, moon, and stars in Revelation chapter 6, and the creation of the sealed 12 tribes that begins in Revelation chapter 7.
The Chairman went on to emphasise that the Book of Revelation should not be added or subtracted even a single word because it is written in a natural order from chapter 1 to chapter 22 without any errors. He also emphasised the warning in Revelation 22:18-19 that “those who add to or subtract from it will receive plagues and will not be able to enter the kingdom of heaven.”
The Chairman also taught on the reality of the Tree of Life and the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil in Genesis, and when and how the judgment of Babylon in Chapter 18 will take place.
The Chairman urged the believers to remain faithful to the essence of faith and encouraged them, saying, “You must not be shaken in any situation, but keep the truth and move forward with faith,” and urged, “Let us take the lead in spreading the truth to the whole world and help those who do not know to realise it.”
A young believer who attended the service said, “When I used to go to church, I was in the dark because there was no word, but I found light after coming to Shincheonji.”
With the heart of a pastor who wants to create each and every saint as a complete child of God, this Chairman is leading the way in fostering faith by travelling to churches across the country even at the age of 94.
