The number of overseas graduation ceremonies and graduates in 2017, 2018 and 2019 is one (1250), three (1726) and one (314), respectively. The total number of graduates of Peter tribe since 2013 has been 4147, 4295 (2014), 6,327 (2016), 2625 (2017) and 3111 (2018).

The reason why Shincheonji church has appeared in our times today and is experiencing such rapid growth is because it is the fulfilment of what God and Jesus promised in the New Testament - the New Heaven New Earth of Revelation 21. It is at Shincheonji church where the entire 66 books of the Bible - from Genesis to Revelation - can be clearly explained according to the contents of history, instruction, prophecy and fulfilment. The quality of the teaching here is unparalleled, unlike any other church or seminary in the world. It is a church where the new covenant, or promise - for which Jesus Christ shed his blood - is made known through Jesus’ promised messenger who has seen and heard all the events of Revelation and testifies it to all the churches of the world (Rv 22:8, 16).

Although we live in the most scientifically and technologically advanced era, science can not satisfy man's innate desire for answers to life's deepest questions including where we find our purpose, "truth" and freedom. Zion Christian Mission Center is able to answer all these questions clearly from the Bible. This is why recent graduates feel they have met "true religion." The six-month Bible study course covers beginners, intermediate and advanced levels which teaches ways to read the Bible, its history, and the meaning of the books of Revelation and Genesis, respectively. Each level is followed by a short exam with two further exams given at the end of the course comprising 400 questions.

The church is also very active in volunteer work through Shincheonji Volunteer Group (SVG), which is the largest non-governmental national organisation operating in the Republic of Korea with over 100,000 volunteers serving in disaster relief, blood donation, Korean War support for 6million veterans, regional development and public service campaigns. Its volunteers spread the love of God through continual care for the isolated and vulnerable. 

The Christian Council of Korea (CCK), which has distorted God's word of promise and is engaged in wide-scale abuses of religious freedom and human rights, should turn from its ways and come and learn the words of Shincheonji Church. Then, one will be able to quickly discern what is ‘orthodox’ and ‘cult’. The CCK has not once accepted the many invitations made by Shincheonji church to engage in public debate over the Bible.

Today’s Graduation service is a continuation of the hope that believers in Shincheonji church of Jesus have. It is here where God will fulfil His final promise of a world without mourning, death, crying or pain (Rv 21:4)

The CCK - founded in December 1989 - is based on the Presbyterian teachings of the 16th century theologian John Calvin who mercilessly killed men, women and children who opposed his theory of predestination. Wide-scale corruption within the organisation in which positions of authority as pastors or chairmen are sold for money has caused many of its believers to abandon their belief in God or move to another church. Its membership has fallen from a peak of 12million to 1.8milllion today. Moreover, within the last ten years, pastors affiliated to the CCK have been sentenced for 12,000 crimes including fraud, harassment, drink-driving and sexual assault. Because of strong ties with the Korean Christian press and government, they have successfully thrown public opinion into confusion, making countless false broadcasts about Shincheonji Church of Jesus, which has grown exponentially year-on-year to over 200,000 members today, according to the promises of the Bible.

The CCK's most vile act is its conception and implementation of the "coercive conversion" programme in which CCK-affiliated pastors target defected congregation members, or believers of minority faiths, and through fear manipulate families to abduct and drug their loved one and confine them in a remote location whereupon a pastor verbally berates the victim until he or she renounces their beliefs and accepts the Presbyterian teachings of the CCK. To date, two women have died from this programme: Mrs. Sunhwa Kim who was murdered with a hammer blow to the head in October 2007 and Ms. Ji-In Gu who died from asphyxiation on January 9th 2018. Furthermore, more than 1250 believers - mainly youth - have been forcibly subject to this programme over the last ten years in the Republic of Korea. Coercive conversion is a medieval practice taking place in a democratic, constitutional country which has the ‘freedom of religion’ enshrined within its constitution (article 20).

The CCK commits such evil actions because of the spirit that is working through its pastors (please click on the two articles below for more detailed Biblical explanations). Throughout the 6000 years of God’s Biblical history, there has been a constant war between the spirits and flesh belonging to God and Satan which manifest themselves through words and actions. In the same way that Israel split into two after King Solomon led the Israelites to worship foreign gods (1Kings11), the Presbyterian Church in Korea bowed down to Japanese gods during Japanese colonial occupation (1910-1945), and Korea was split in two. More recently, CCK has distorted God's word by publishing 200 lies about it based on their own interpretation. The CCK is a criminal organisation disguised a a religious one.

The 27^th January 30,000-strong rally in Seoul, Korea, triggered a wave of rallies throughout Europe, the Americas, Africa and Australasia with global media coverage from the New York Times and the Washington Post, among other leading news agencies. Various faith leaders have publicly condemned the practices of the CCK, yet the Korean government has not issued a single statement. Shockingly, it shows no sign of stopping. In the last 12 months, there have been 147 confirmed cases of coercive conversion in South Korea and, shortly after the 27^th January rally, a woman in her forties was dramatically rescued by friends after hearing her cries emerging from secluded lodgings. As this article goes out for publication, dozens of victims are being confined against their will in remote locations throughout South Korea, suffering silently.

The huge turnout from such organisations and citizens is evidence of how morally bankrupt the CCK has become within the Republic of Korea. Over the last ten years, 12,000 pastors affiliated to the CCK have been convicted of crimes including fraud, harassment, drink-driving and sexual assault. In more recent times, two women were killed and 1250 citizens have been kidnapped, confined and subject to physical, emotional and psychological abuse in exchange of money because victims belong to minority religions. All this is implemented through the coercive conversion programme. The CCK is rooted in a dark history as the Presbyterian church (root of CCK) served as informants to the occupiers during the period of Japanese Imperialism (1910-1945), even selling them military supplies for use against their own people and forcing Koreans to bow down to Japanese shrine worship. The CCK has disseminated so much false news, throwing the Korean people both within and outside the religious world, into confusion.

The rally was a cry made by citizens, civil rights organisations and religious groups to the Korean president, government and press for the shutdown of the Christian Council of Korea (CCK). The host - Global Citizens’ Human Rights Coalition - urged President Moon Jae-In and the government to not only listen to the cries of its citizens but to safeguard Koreans’ human rights which are being violated beneath the veil of religion:

"President Moon and his government should heed the voices of law-abiding citizens, and protect their human rights. We request the rapid enactment of a ‘law to ban and punish coercive conversion programmes’ to end coercive conversion which suppresses the God-given right to freedom of religion."

The fact that overseas media has broadcast highlights of the rally on national news channels is very good progress (see below). I hope it quickly leads to the downfall of the corrupt CCK.
